Review 4：The only bad (but understandable, it being an apartment hotel) thing is that the reception isn't open during the day. It doesn't open until five in the afternoon (after having been open in the morning)

Review 5：The staff was great. Well, the two female receptionists that I dealt with (August 2015). The pool area was nice enough, with a little pool for kids. The kitchen had a microwave and a toaster, so I was happy.

Review 18：Everything. The staff are so pleasant. Your room is cleaned and sheets changed every three days. One of the nicest places I have stayed. Everywhere is so clean and the pool area is lovely. Also very secure.

Review 20：Ideal location and nice and quiet of a night. The rooms were very clean maybe a little dated but very comfortable. The pool isn't massive but is never really busy so this isn't an issue. Staff are helpful I would recommend this property.

Review 45：Not enough hot water for a bath. I suspect this was due to the eco setting on the boiler and I hope could have been changed, but arriving late and leaving early we did not have the time to find out.

Review 50：We stayed there for two nights only. The first night was so comfortable. On second night there was a lot of noise from the room upstairs. Some people checked in quiet late and carried on talking till wee hours and they were moving furniture all the times making a lot of noise. The music was also loud from there room. Not all this is against the Las Terrazas. It the people who checked need to consider other people also in the building.
