Review 1：Lovely room comfortable and the electric shutters really blacked out all noise and light. Very good spa and pool and fitness but needs a larger and quieter quiet area to relax on the loungers. Good breakfast especially wonderful scrambled eggs and bacon. Good parking and very close to town to walk in.

Review 12：we booked through booking.com and my husband called hotel to double confirm the Reservation if there are 2 rooms , given the Name Meisel to check and got reply there is only one room, ok , then he requested, we Need one more room. by check in, it is confirmed we have 2 rooms. However, by check out, front office staff charged us 3 rooms, mentioned there is a no show for the 2nd rooms in the booking.com reservation, and instead of that, they gave us the 3rd room. We are forced to pay for 3 rooms while we stayed in 2 rooms, after complaint the front Office offer to Charge 80% of the no Show room (which is the normal Regulation of no Show from booking.com), but at the first place they want to Charge us 100%, which is violate the booking.com Regulation. It is very incooperative at the front Office, little explanation and not helpful at all in making the Situation clear, and rejected to escalate to a managment level to solve the Problem. We doubt strongly how can the front Office not aware of both of the 2 rooms under one reservation, with one reservation number. When a family or group travel together sure not necessary register in same last name! By the first inquiry on the phone and by check in not, but suddenly by check out they do, which leading to the 3rd room which we have to pay for. We are disappointed on the handling of the case by the Hotel, even we tried to follow up afterwards with the Manager and got no constructive result. we found it is only the incapability of the front office procedure and serive leading to this unfavourable experience in staying in this Hotel.

The breakfast looks great but a lot products are industrial and sometimes they mention the content such as sulfur or preservatives. No real action in the lobby such as a bar or more modern approach. WiFi was to pay after 1/2 hour......for a business Hotel quiet very annoying. This place needs a lift - up.

Review 72：I loved the quiet location, the comfortable beds, the modern bathroom,and the pool! Also, the spa/relaxation area looked really nice. Thebreakfast was amazing; lots of choices! I also enjoyed borrowing one oftheir bicycles which allowed me to explore the city and get exercisetoo. It was also great that it was a short walk to the historic oldtown, and it was close to the train station (with taxi).

Review 73：A bit further to walk to city centre than ideal. Especially, in the rain. There was no bar. The bar in the nearby restaurant was for smokers so no good for us non-smohkers.

We chose the hotel for thecombination of its convenient location and good comfort and facilities.The choice was well justified. We were well looked after. The locationwas good - easy walking distance from the centre of town. The rooms werecomfortable, the breakfast good and the situation quiet and restful. Iwould be happy to stay there again.
