Review 2：everything is fine. hotel is room was clean and big enough. liked this country style hotel. Garmish-Panterkirchen is very close to the countryside. there is free parking. Alps from the hotel window.

Review 3：Thought I booked a double room for our honeymoon and we got there and it was a single bed. The room was tiny! Staff was rude. I thought I had booked a room with breakfast and she charged us both for breakfast, but my husband double the price I paid The shower leaked out of the bathroom onto the carpet

Review 8：I would not recommend the hotel to anyone. The carpeting was worn & dirty. I removed the pillow cover to find a dirty pillow with blood stains. Wifi worked intermittently. Everything in the hotel reeked of stale smoke. Hairdryer was terrible, looked like a portable vaccume cleaner in refers, did not dry hair. Entire hotel needs an updating. no one was ever at the reception desk.

Review 12：Finding the hotel in the dark was challenging since the signage is not significant. When you check in, either go through the restaurant to reception or go to the side of the building and enter from there.

Review 13：Location of hotel is excellent; we had a double and a quadruple room which were excellent in size. We ate at the attached restaurant, which was really convenient. Parking in the rear of the building is free. Breakfast was good also. At first, the credit card machine wasn't working, and I had a panic attack. They got it fixed, however.

Review 14：The heather didn't work and the menager can't solve and didn't speak the true about. We were in winter!!!! Then we went away one day before planed, and paid it. Terrible!!!! I can't recomend.

Review 18：We had a triple room which was a good size with two balconies. Room had the usual amenities, including 3 bottled waters. A continental Breakfast was also included. Hotel restaurant was good and priced appropriately. Within 5 minutes is a great little Italian restaurant with delicious pizza. Another 5 minute walk gets you to the entrance of a park which has a trail that leads up to a beautiful river.

Review 42：The breakfast. We often csme in at 9am or a little after for breakfast and juice was finished, yoghurt dishes were empty, only 2/3 boiled eggs in a basket. Coffee in the flasks placed on tables was cold. We would ask for hot chocolate for the children and it would arrive from the kitchen cold. They had a choice of 4 cereals however 3 of those cereals were types of muesli and then cornflakes. There were 2 mornings where my wife had no breakfast as the food she did eat or could eat was finished. No staff member ever came out into the dining room area to check on the food. Our shower broke the first day and we would have to shower holding the head in our hand. We went to reception on numerous ocassions but could never find anyone to help. Reception was always empty.

Review 59：Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Excellent accommodation with all you could ask of a country hotel. Fast and unlimited Internet access is available not by WiFi but by a mains-based Ethernet cable. The restaurant serves Bavarian food and drink, both of which are very good (we paid for dinner separately as we didn't seem to be able to charge the meal to our room). Parking is free and easy. Garmisch P is a few minutes away and very convenient for the Zugspitze train and cable car.
