Review 1：This hostel (or youth hotel) is located in a side street off the train station, 10 mins walk from the city, all you can eat buffet breakfast, quiet enough to get a good night's sleep - at least in the single room I occupied. I loved that I could open the window to air the room before going to bed, that there was a sink in my room AND that Geo's photos were all over the place! Keep up the great work!
Review 2：You have to go all the way down to the basement to take a shower (I stayed on the ground floor, maybe its not that bad if you stay on any other floor and there is a shower on the same floor, but I really dont know). The stairs were slippery and it was quite cold down there and there was also a draught. And you could also hear all the noise from the bar (but as I said I stayed on the ground floor)

Review 21：Sleeping in one of the front rooms did get quite noisy at times at night and early in the morning, whether that was other guests, other tourists or workmen. Either way it was of no fault of the hostel but something worth thinking about if travelling with children.
Review 22：Fantastic staff with amazing atmosphere in the bar downstairs. The wifi across the whole hotel is excellent and the showers/bathrooms are always clean with good water pressure. Cheap drinks and friendly service, met some fantastic people here and will definitely be back.

Review 30：There is special room for luggage in this hostel, so you can use it if after check out if you need to wait. It's free of charge. Also there is a bar, where you can use free computers with internet, charge your tel or notebook, or just sit with your notebook using wifi and drink free tea (diffirent: green, black, fruit, etc). So it's the most comfortable hostel in Munchen for travellers (I have been in 6 hostels in Munchen).
Review 31：Everything was great, receptionist, the room was really clean, enough big and spacious, confortable, warm...any noise. Breakfast was perfect for any kind of person, a lot of variety and good taste too. Location was great, almost in the city center, we could walk everywhere.
Review 32：******** me and my mate booked a 3 beds room( and not 2 beds in a 3 bedsroom) and got it but when we came back in the night someone was sleepingin our room with all our stuff there. After the shock run straight downto reception and security man came in the room woke the man who wassleeping in. At the end they gave him a new room. Male receptionist thensaid we have 2 beds in a 3 beds room but proved him wrong by showing himthe booking confirmation then he blamed booking.com **********No cups for tap water overnight.

Review 80：Very difficult to adjust water temperature in the bath room. When you twist the button only a bit, water temperature can change between hottest and normal. We also can turn shower on/off by pushing the same button on the wall. Shower automatically turns off after turning on for a few minutes. Very confuse at first.

Review 92：On our arrival day, we met a real friendly reception staff who gave us additional information to visit a fair along Leopoldstraße 1 that is held only Saturday and Sunday, thumbs up for him. Hostel provides free breakfast with good selection of food like cereal, ham, bread, egg and cheese. We got a large cosy room that is very near the lift and pretty close to the bathroom and toilet.

Review 94：I was travelling myself and I was wondering how it would be spend 6 nights in 8-beds dormitory, where people would changing every night and… It was the best idea to stay there! Hostel is located in beautiful area, around 10 min walks from central station. Old Kings have the most friendly, open and positive staff (greetings for Sabine & Marion) I ever met. Ladies offers you always lot of smile, help and advice what you can still visit. I came between check in hours but Sabine have seen me and came to let me leave my luggage. If you inform about arrival after check-in time – everything would be waiting prepared for you. Hostel is super clean, very cosy and familiar. For my longer stay I received Fuessen Card, which gave me free access for buses and discount on tickets to the castles. There is also very good equipped kitchen with cooker and fridge to your disposal and nice area next to reception where can rest and met people all around the world. There is very nice atmosphere and comfortable beds. I got there more than I expected. There is best hostel I ever been and I would love to visit it again. Soon :)

Getting clear directions before arrival - leave by exit nearest to Starbucks in main concourse, cross the road, turn left, first right - would have saved us dragging our bags around!!

On the first day of our stay, we stayed on the first floor, our room vibrated to the beat of music from the pub downstairs (closed at midnight) and they could not change our room due to no availability. However, on the next day we moved to higher floor and they refund us some money.
