Review 22：In the restaurant, there were some little things I did not like (for example, different prices of drinks and number of sausages in different days). In the check-out there was an unpleasant problem with my credit card, although the lady in the counter solved it very kindly in the end.

Review 24：we didnt like the first room we were given which stank of smoke. we didn't like not having any pillows one night. we didn't enjoy arriving after 10pm the first night, being told there was no food available, not being helped with our luggage and being given the aforementioned room.

Review 26：We were looking forward to use the sauna and jacuzi but when we arrived we where told there was a limited planning. The jaccuzi was supposed to work till 10 PM but it was cold at 9. The sauna was supposed to work in the morning (don't remember the time) but it did'nt work. Actually, we were supposed to use them only in the daytime (except when it did'nt work) but the purpose of our holidays was to visit the town and surrounds not to spend our days in a nursing home.

Review 33：This was a traditional hotel with an excellent standard of service by friendly staff, with a very comfortable room and located a short walk from all the main sites of interest in Gottingen.

Review 35：access to wifi is terrible both in terms of access and system. i had to log in no less than 20 times a day to access it. each time i closed a program i would need to log in again and running two programs was impossible. i would suggest if it a provider issues, change providers. as a business guest, though such a great location because of wifi issues I could not stay at your hotel again.

Review 41：RHG is a beautiful hotel situated in Göttingen's charming historical centre nearby the railway station. The room was quiet (no noticeable traffic noise), very comfortable and kept clean well. Another plus: free wifi. During my 5-day stay the very friendly, helpful personnel offered an excellent service. One morning I had no time to breakfast due to an appointment in town for which I had to hurry. When I returned in the hotel in the early afternoon I could still have my breakfast (or call it lunch for that matter) that I skipped in the morning, which is really great. In fact the hotel has no limited timeframe - as most hotels have - for when to have your breakfast. Also, whenever I had a question, about for instance locations or services in town, the personnel was always very responsive and immediately provided the information I was looking for. All in all I had evrything I could wish for during my stay. If you're not looking for a budget-hotel, but opt for luxury and class in a romantic atmosphere and for excellent service, comfort and good facilities, RHG has evrything to offer and is the place to be.
