Review 1：1. Room air stuffy and poor circulation, and a bit smelly; 2. Room floor dirty, partly due to the very old tiles used; 3. Room got very hot in the summer, no fan provided and poor circulation. We could not get to sleep until very late; 4. Room next to busy road and very noisy. 5. No blackout curtain. You can imagine lots of light into the room in early summer morning - difficult for sleep late. 6. And others

Review 4：Fabulous room, quaint property, great restaurant. Short walk to the historic & picturesque quarter of Telč and the Castle. Very quiet property with it's own bowling alley (Warning: book bowling times well in advance of your arrival).
Review 5：The reception staff, Eva and Lenka, were very helpful. Our two year old son came down with a flu and Eva scheduled an appointment for us with the local doctor and actually took out the time to walk us to the clinic and even got us the medicines. We were really touched with her warmth and hospitality.
Review 6：The upper storey rooms, nos. 17 and upwards only have a Velux skylight, not a proper window. They also get hot. Ventilation would help, but the location on the main throughfare means traffic noise day and night. Also the neighbours living is clearly audible. Service is rather passive.
Review 7：The hotel gives a first imprseeion of a high-class hotel. However interior and public spaces and the exterior are fine and aesthetic. Breakfast is good. Touristic location is good, the Castle and market square are just around the corner.
