Review 1：Bad Breakfast Bad bathroom, all plumbing appliances in the hotel not just our rooms are bad. Dirty floors Staff not very helpful Locations is bad

Review 3：The hotel should not be running out bread and other items at breakfast. The hotel did not meet the expectations that I formed from the descriptions provided. Also I feel that the Sunna should be included in the price.

Review 5：The wifi is terrible. There is none in the room and it constantly drops out in the lobby area. I'm pretty sure we ended up using someone else's wifi because the Dakar one kept not working. One of the men on the reception seemed quite rude and when leaving, wouldn't phone us a taxi for no apparent reason. Strange but quite funny.

Review 6：The hotel is well located from the centre of Mendoza, only a 5 minute walk. The bed is very comfy and the breakfast is pretty good too.

Review 9：the pool area was disappointing, the pool was quite dirty and the 'jacuzzi' was empty and full of rubbish. Also when reading the description we thought the sauna was free to use but they charge 250pesos to use it which is a bit of a rip off.

Review 18：The hotel looks like it was built in a hurry and lots of details never got properly done. Fitness room and spa were not usable: some toxic materials were deposited right at the spa's front desk, and we could barely breathe there.

Review 20：Says you have SPA treatment available but no services are available. The pool its in a very poor state, the paint was all over the water. Other issue is the poor front desk attention. Employees are not aware of how their own internet services work for example. And that's probably the mayor issue. WiFi services are not available on the rooms. Unless you book a "premium" room which is only premium due to the WIFI. So if you were planning on using your electronic devices in your room you can already forget about it. You will have to go to the lobby in order to have internet access and again employees are not very sure how it works. Overall the hotel and the service is ok. It can be definitely improved.

The hotelafter tax is added is about us$25 overpriced compared to similat hotelsbooked in other countries.
