Run by an English family, Haus Strutzenberger offers adults-only apartments in a quiet residential area of Bad Ischl in the Salzkammergut region. All apartments have free WiFi access.
Each individually furnished apartment features satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Most have balcony with mountain views. Bed linen and towels are provided.
All guests are welcome to use the garden and the barbecue. There is a bicycle and ski storage room, as well as a heated ski boot storage room. Laundry facilities are also available at Haus Strutzenberger and on request breakfast delivery service is also available.

In winter, the Katrinalm ski touring area is about 5 minutes from Haus Strutzenberger. The Dachstein West, Dachstein Krippenstein, Feuerkogel and Postalm ski area can be reached in a 30-minute drive.
Haus Strutzenberger is about a 15-minute walk from the centre of Bad Ischl and the Kongress- & Theaterhaus (Congress Centre and Theatre).

Review 1：The room is so great! We booked a room on the day we arrived at Bad Ishl and in the next three days we found it was one of the best decisions we made during this trip！

Review 2：My hosts were amazingly helpful and very kind. The mountain view from the balcony was beautiful and the room was completely quiet. Couldn't be better!

Review 8：This is a fantastic place for an extended vacay or just a few days. Very well equipped and comfortable. Breakfasts are solid if you go that route. Our hosts took us back to the train station on our day of departure, which was sooo appreciated. Definitely would stay here again if in the area.

Review 34：Unfortunately we only had a 2 night stay in this wonderful apartment. This would have to be the best fitted out apartment, everything is provided for cooking, washing, parking on site and the nicest owners. Don't be afraid that it appears to be out of town, as there is a walking path into Bad Ischl for restaurants! bakeries etc. We highly recommend this apartment with beautiful views.

Review 35：Linda and Trevor were very nice and hospitable, and the apartments are first class, comfortably big and fully equipped. I really liked the ski storage room in the cellar with boot dryer heater in the cupboard. I was even more surprised to see when we arrived back from skiing that Linda and Trevor made our beds and also washed the dishes! So we are totally satisfied what we got for our (not so much) money! We plan to go back to them for hiking in the Summer because the mountains and the lake looks really good, and next winter we absolutely will spend more days there then just a weekend.

The apartment is absolutely homey and we are impressed by the cleanliness. Moreover the nature around and the view from the balcony were marvelous.We will miss the relaxing balcony view !
