Review 1：An exceptionally spacious, well appointed and handsome apartment. Every detail has been thoughtfully attended to. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Telc, and this was in no small measure due to the considerable comforts of this apartment.
Review 2：Checking in was simple and all our questions were answered. Staff were very friendy and helpful. The suite is enormous and very comfortable. We only stayed one night but would gladly return for a longer stay.

Review 10：Classy, modern and comfortable apartment tastefully designed to highlight the beautiful baroque interior of this historic house in Telc. The house also has a garden adjacent to the pond which provides a much-welcome retreat from the heat of summer. The kitchen is well equipped and comes with a huge fridge. The apartment can easily host 4-5 people thanks to its large sofa and sliding door which divides the bedroom and living room. The obvious choice in Telc!

Review 14：A lovely spacious and comfortable apartment in a spectacular Czech town. We appreciated the fascinating history of the house being available in the apartment. The property backs on to a beautiful tranquil lake with lovely walks all around it. There are great facilities in the garden area at the back of the apartment and several good restaurants only steps away from the front door

Review 17：No guarantee of which of the four apartments will be provided, dont get confused by the photos. Each of the apartments are worth visiting though. Few practical tips: breakfast is not included, but you can purchase typical czech sweets at Celerin cake shop in the upper part of the square. Curtains are hidden between the two glass windows (apartment n.1). Be careful with the taps, it takes few seconds before hot water comes out, but then it is really hot.

Review 27：The apartment is right in main square of Telc, which is Unesco site. We were positively surprised by the design of apartment, very functional and very good looking. We were accommodated a later check-in and we received a parking permit for our car so we could park it very close to the apartment.

We were several weeks into a three month European tour and really appreciated the amenities and opportunity to spread out after several weeks on the road. Review 30：It has a lot of stairs with no elevator that require you to carry you bags up to the suite. If you are physically able to carry your bags, then it is well worth the effort.
Review 31：This is a modern apartment decked out with all the amenities. The beams themselves are designed into the shape of a tree. I loved this place. I stayed in the front top suite that faces the historic square. A key to the backyard lets you have access to the lake in the back. Amazing place!

Review 36：Our apartment was located at the 3rd floor which includes a flight of larger stairs and a flight of smaller stairs. There were no elevator at the apartment but the front desk lady was nice enough to give us a hand with our luggage. We had some small trouble communicating with the lady that works at the front desk when I was trying to ask her about some tourist information about Telc, but we didn't have any problem with the checking in of the hotel and she had maps and information about Telc that she shared with us. We found ants in our kitchen when we checked into our apartment and could not figure out where they were from. Thankfully, after we clean off the counter we didn't see them anymore.
Review 37：We loved just about everything in this apartment. Four of us stayed in their superior two bedroom apartment last week. The apartment was wonderful and equipped with everything that we needed. The bathroom was huge with two sink so that we didn't have to fight or wait in line very long (you know how it is with girls in the morning). The spa tub was really comfortable with strong water pressure and the water pressure in the shower was great too. There were enough hot water for four of us to each take a nice long hot shower and two of us each took a nice bath. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the exposed wood beams. One of the bedroom had a stone wall arch on the floor and we thought that was pretty neat. There were enough closet space and even came with a little small coat closet. The apartment came with individual bottle of personal toiletry items which even though we didn't need but felt it was a nice touch because normally you don't get those when you book an apartment. Our apartment overlook the lake that's behind but the window which was nice in the morning. The kitchen was small but equipped with everything you need to prepare a quick meal. The refrigerator was stock with wines, and some coke product (with fee) but the tea were free. The apartment itself is located right on the town square, parking was free and right across from the apartment itself. We arrived with no problem and they offered to let us park the next morning for free when we wanted to stay in town after check out. The apartment doesn't have 24 hours check in/out service or front desk at the apartment but she can be reach via email or text. We were late checking in from the time that we told her the night before and she was nice enough waited for us so we can check in without problem.
Review 38：Everything about the Apartment was fantastic. Faultless on all levels. We had the apartment with the bathroom in the bedroom, with stunning views of the square. Petra our receptionist was utterly charming and extremely helpful. Everyone should experience this gorgeous building and apartment if they get the chance. The owners are brilliant at what they do!

Review 42：The only negatives were the 40-odd stairs from the entry foyer to the room, and the odd relic of low stone wall that arches across the floor of the main bedroom, which is a bit of a hazard. Tall people might need to keep in mind the sloping walls in most of the rooms to avoid banging their heads. We also had a lot of interest from ants in our (thankfully sealed) jam selection. There was also no tea/coffee/milk on arrival, and nowhere to buy any if you arrive as we did on a Sunday. The Apartment management will however get groceries in for you, but it's a limited list and only available once you are in the room. If you are doing self catering it might be an idea to bring your food with you, as there are slim pickings in Telc (the Tesco is probably your best bet if you have to buy stuff in Telc itself).
Review 43：We enjoyed our two-night stay in Apartmanty Chornitzerov dum. We had the upstairs apartment (No 4), which was extremely spacious. There were excellent kitchen facilities (although no washing machine), a nice dining/lounge area and a modern bathroom complete with spa bath. The apartment looked out onto one of Telc’s lovely lakes, and had air conditioning units in the lounge and bedrooms. There were also a number of windows that could be opened to create cross breeze. It’s a quiet area, like most of Telc. While we didn’t use it, there’s also a pleasant private garden at the rear of the property.

We loved walking out the door straight onto the main square of Telc which is so beautiful. The apartment was quiet even though it is on the main square. Two huge bedrooms, massive lounge and dinning area and kitchen. Windows looked out towards the river surrounding the town. Great that you could park just across the square.
