Review 1：Dirty and rusted bath, leaking water, not working TV set. The Italian restaurant in the hotel is inferior . Booking.con Information is misleading - says it has a pool. It does not. There is a huge spa complex in the same building . Not allowed for kids, which was important to us.

Review 11：WiFi connection is very poor. Can't login from my PC after many trials. U-train to center takes at least 30 min. A bit on the far side. Not much around but the theaters.

Review 13：Air conditioning did not work in the slightest, which was unfortunate due to extreme hot weather conditions. Made sleeping close to impossible. There is also no pool directly connected to the hotel: you have to pay another €25 for a day at the spa.

Review 15：Internet was tricky to connect and getting from the parking to the room is a trek. The halls to the rooms are a little dated (red lights?) but once inside its nice enough. I must have stayed in a room for couples - enough suggestions around the room on what I should have been doing other than working.

Review 17：the web site said the had hot tub. They do not the spa on site has stuff at additional cost. The restaurants were not that good. The area was spread way out and parking sucked at an additional cost of 16€. The TV did not work and it took almost an hour to get it fixed. I would not stay here again.

Review 22：I liked the attitude of the fornt desk folks. They worked hard to make sure we were satisifed. I appreicated the manager personally working with me earlier to make sure this mini-vacation worked out for me and my wife and daughter.

Review 23：Everything, the hotel has air conditioning but the room was too hot and when I called to complain, they did not support and said there is no AC system and it is only a ventilation system however it is mentioned in booking.com that the hotel has AC. We couldn't sleep because they opened the window and it was also hot and noisy.

It was nice that the mini bar drinks were included in the price of the room. The bed was quite large and comfortable.

Review 101：When I checked in, the receptionist didn't pay attention to me and it took quite a while to get my key, even though I booked my room weeks ahead. On top of that, I was given a smoking room and I am a non smoker. I didn't know they had smoking rooms otherwise, I would have asked for a non smoking room.

Review 110：I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. I went to go see Tarzan, and this place had everything! I didn't have to walk outside. I went to the spa and had a nice steak dinner at Red Grill. The reception was nice, and the room was cool because I never experienced the 2 flat screens simultaneously before. I thought it was fun, and showed my husband on facetime. The free mini-bar was a perk too with Bitburger, apfelschole, still water, mineral water, and I think a wine. I think a very convenient place to stay if solely going to the Apollo Theater for a musical.

Review 112：We liked the family room set-up with separate sleeping areas for parents and children. The rooms were clean and modern and well equipped. We especially loved the free wifi that was very strong and very easy to use. Additionally the entertainment setup with television/movies/internet in the rooms is the best we've ever encountered. Huge closets, nice enough bathrooms/showers. I would definitely stay in a Dormero again.

The red / green/ blue lights was a waste--not sure the purpose in spending money on that--maybe explain to the customer. The gym machines in the small gym did not work properly.
