Review 1：Since smoking is still legal in restaurants the hotel has a slight stale smoke smell. We booked as a couple with an infant and no cot was provided (This was not necessary, but this was mentioned as included when we booked). Our room had no bathtub. There was no control over the room temperature. A water kettle for tea and coffee would have been appreciated.
Review 2：Extremely friendly staff. Our late check in was no problem. The rooms were clean (though a bit dated) in design. The room had a spacious balcony with a beautiful view of all the surrounding mountains. The restaurant had a very large selection of dishes (simple decent food for the whole family).
