Review 1：Stayed in a room next to a terrace where guests sometimes stayed long in the night (despite prohibition as I was told) and were noisy No vegetables for the breakfast (suggested improvement) I would welcome the breakfast time starts earlier than 7:30

Best however is the breakfast! I've been to 4 star hotels with breakfast buffets that could not stack up to this. The food is very good and fresh and there is a large variety.

Rooms arespacious, comfortable and elegant. Good value for money.

Review 41：Wifi only available in lounge which was cold although nicely furnished with leather sofas. Beds a little hard for my taste but depends on what you are used too certainly not uncomfortable and ok for a night or 2.

Review 42：Very clean and newly refurbished . Comfort room was a good reasonable size with a small bathroom and shower but absolutely fine. Bed was new but firm with slatted base and bed linen a bit worn in places but very clean ok to sleep on for 1 night. Breakfast was standard cold meats and cheese with boiled eggs and cereal again more than adequate for 3* plenty of parking available at front and back of hotel. Owner friendly and spoke good English! Overall you pay for what you get it's an ok 3* nothing fancy but a good clean hotel.

Review 43：Although the BOOKING.COM information stated they accept specific credit cards as payment, when I arrived I discovered they charge an additional 5% if a guest wishes to pay with a card. Because of this I paid with cash. However, I believe their stipulation should be published with their listing for BOOKING.COM so a potential guest can plan accordingly.

Review 44：I planned this stay because of a desire to visit a specific store in Bad Tölz. Bcause of the numerous spas in the area, hotel rates are fairly high, however I found the rate I paid to be a bargain. Although they don't have a restaurant, they directed me to several restaurants nearby, and the one I chose was very satisfactory. Their breakfast buffet provided a wonderful start to the day.

Review 47：The hotel is located in the very beautiful town of Bad Tolz, which lies on the Alps and the Isar River. The town's architecture is very elegant and unique. The hotel provides its guests with Guest Cards to give access to public bus inside the town for free. The hotel was a very good value of money, very comfortable and clean, very good breakfast from 7.30 – 10.00am and free WiFi internet service.

Review 48：The bathroom was extremely small; anyone size 16 and larger would not be able to get in and fit in. Also the balcony was tiny. The mattress had seen better days. This only applied to the room we stayed in (set aside for booking.com. customers???). All the rooms seemed to have a different layout though.

You get one double room with two extra bedsinside. This is very unfair considering you pay nearly the same price asfor two double rooms. And it is very unpleasent to have a 4 m long and35cm wide corridor between beds to pass along all the day. Furthermorethe bill contained an "error" charging the local tax also to the kids.The reservation conditions and not accepting credit cards are alsoinspired in earlier centuries.
