Review 1：Breakfast for additional cost. Room quite small and it was very cold when we arrived. Soap in a shower was finished. Receptionist wanted to give me twin room even if I booked double room, but when he saw that I am with 2 years old daughter and wife he gave us double room. Far away from the center of town.

Review 3：They say free Wifi, but is only available a 'slow' connection for just 1 device per room. You have to re-login each time you want to use it. They say 'free internet, but if you want to check email or use other services you need to upgrade (and pay)'. That is not 'free wifi/internet'!

Review 6：Very attentive and helpful staff. Rooms are cosy and clean. Sauna is up to high standards. Food in the restaurant is good and reasonably priced, no need to hunt for a place to eat after a long day.

Review 7：We did not take advantage of the breakfast - extra charge, and other options for eating were not close by. We ended up grabbing a quick bite at the central train station before heading off to the Mercedes-Benz Museum, a must see if ever in Stuttgart.

Review 8：Close to the airport and public transportation. We flew out of Stuttgart so we wanted to be close to the airport on our final night. We actually spent our last two nights at this hotel. We dropped our car at the airport and then relied on public transportation to see the sights of Stuttgart. The tram station was about a 5 min walk from the hotel - very convenient.

Review 9：Difficult to reach (Bus806 + walking 15'), Taxis won't take you in Airport for such short distance, no Shuttle service. Located in an industrial area (far from beatiful :-)), room small and only OK in cleanliness.

Review 11：Free internet to slow. Cleaning room not the best. They always swich off the heater when I was leaving the room in the morning and turning back in the eveing the room was to cold to have a shower!!!

Review 17：As we where on a bussiness trip i would like to had facility for ironing inside the room, which was missing. Also the size of the room, me and colleague used some traffic rules for moving inside the room.

Review 18：availability of two single beds, i was travelling with my colleague and we where not able to get another room as all where full. Since they had two single beds it was OK for us.

Review 19：They said that they had free internet access, at the same time they said you need to book a breakfast to have free internet in room. Well, they limit your free internet to only one device, and they charge for internet - so, it is not free and they simply lie on they advisement.

Review 26：No air conditioning. Rooms were incredibly hot. No sheets just a duvet. Who needs a duvet when the room is 30 degrees. Fan they offered was broken. temperature of water in shower kept fluctuating. Rooms are very small. I changed hotels after 1 night.

Review 27：The weather was hot and it was difficult to keep the windows open to try and get a breeze, so I did not sleep so well. Also, I was only able to get Wi-Fi for one device for my daughter and me. Once she logged on for her phone, we were not able to log on with our tablet, so essentially I had no Wi-Fi at all.

As we were not able to sleep during the night next morning we asked for compensation hopping to get a breakfast at least, but we were offered a coffee only. So we left were tired. We don't understand if they obviously new (there were stickers on it to hold the frame) about the broken window why did they sell this room?

Well, the unkind sir at the front desk tried to give me a hard time about the policy. I had to pull up their webpage on my phone and show the unkind sir what was stated. In the end, he relented and only charged me extra for my son to eat breakfast in the morning to make a long story short.

Review 39：The water did not flow down from the bathtube. There was a bug in the bathroom. The tap of the douche has broken down, we couldn't open the warm water. There was no toilette paper. The ventillation in the bathroom vent wrong, so we've seen nothing in the mirror for a half an hour. The elevators vent wrong. The waitor didn't speak any language, only croatian. He has forgotten what we ordered. The receptionist only pulled her shulter when we told her our experiences. The price of this p.o.sh. service was 160 Euro/room/night only because of "Messepreiss". Never more!

Review 49：We had two days of business meetings within the area of Stuttgart & Ulm. We find the hotel pleasant and in good location since the highway is within a few minutes reach. It is also just a couple of kilometers away from SI Centrum where Apollo and Palladium Theaters are situated (host to many musical events for Stuttgart). We used our free time Sunday evening to watch the production of CHICAGO. However, if you'll be out at night to watch a musical or movie, there isn't any eatery available except those at SI Centrum where the choices aren't really wide and could be quite pricey. One need to drive about 9kms. to reach the city center of Stuttgart for a decent fulfilling meal. Nevertheless, if you have a car, that poses no problem!

Review 53：By check-out the reception stuff asked my colleague to pay for 2 bottles of wine and 1 bottle of mineral water although they were not from mini bar (he brought them himself). When I was checking out the reception stuff asked me to pay for better internet connection, although I didn't used it. This accidents absolutely spoiled our good impression of the hotel in general.
