Review 4:Staff very helpful. Stayed up late as we were delayed by a terricic thunderstorm and travelling by motorcycle.Midnight when we arrived, wet and very tired.

Review 5:No elevator

Review 10:I really like the hotel. It is a very friendly family hotel. Staff was very nice. I arrived late at night and they still managed to prepare dinner for me. Thank you, you were great.

Review 11:Decor was somewhat dated and the bedding was tired in that the bottom sheet was like sleeping on a sandpaper, an unusual sensation!

Review 12:Excellent Breakfast, Quiet location on outskirts of Town.

Review 13:There is nothing we did not like. It was all great.

Review 14:We stopped here as we were traveling and loved it. We got two rooms for our family which were reasonably priced. We usually cram into one while traveling so it was nice to have more space for sleeping. And the restaurant was fantastic! Definitely recommend.

Review 15:Seating arrangement and buffet setup for breakfast felt crowded. We were assigned seats with another couple although other tables were available.

Review 16:Spacious, bright and clean room. Restaurant on-site.

Review 17:The shower drain was clogged and by the end of a shower there is some standing water - yuck! The matresses and sheets are somewhat basic/ cheap, but we still had a pretty good night's sleep.

Review 18:The staff was friendly and the dinners were excellent - better than one would expect from a basic hotel. The room was clean and the building old and charming. The 20-minute walk to downtown was easy, mainly free of traffic, passes by Alpe Mare and many great cafes with great food and cake.

Review 19:Just a word of caution, make sure you have some cash on you. when we wanted to pay for our stay, at first their card reader didn't work. They ran it again and it worked thank The Lord. just because you use a credit card to reserve your room doesn't mean you will be able to pay with it,

Review 20:The owners were very friendly and you could talk to them at any time.

Review 21:The hotel is situated next to a road so there is some rtraffic noise at night. The view from the front bedrooms is non existant as they look directly onto an apartment block which is currently under renovation. The menus are in German and the bar closed at 9pm on a night

Review 22:The town of Bad Tolls is lovely and it is a nice 20 minute walk into the old town from the hotel. The buffet breakfast were good with plenty of choice.
