Hotel Europa sells fast on our site. This non-smoking hotel offers free Wi-Fi internet, large rooms and a Bavarian restaurant with terrace. It is a 6 minute tram ride from the famous Karlsplatz Square in Munich’s city center.

Review 2：Very nice modern hotel. the room was big enough and very clean. Wish to stay longer. about 10 min to go to metro and train station. very difficult metro sistem. hotel has underground parking. this is very comfortable. breakfast is very very good. very big choise.

Review 3：Breakfast, location, staff, bed. Initially, our booking was only for 6 nights, we liked it so much we stayed 2 more weeks. Very near Tram 20, 21, 22 - Sandstrasse (3 stops from Hauptbahnhof), Edeka (grocery), good restaurants (Avli [Greek] at a street behind the hotel, Maharani [Indian] at Stiglmaierplatz, Storia [Italian] at Karlstrasse station or 1 tram stop away.

Review 4：Wi-Fi signal in the rooms is weak and spotty. Staff could have been more friendly and accommodating. No temperature control in the rooms, so you're stuck with the central temperature.

Review 5：The room was spotless. The breakfast is excellent. A short walk from the Sandstrasse tram stop.

Review 6：The bath room nice but missing holders (supports to hold) inside the box of the shower in order not to slip, what made the bath dangerous. Whith the water the ceramic of the floor was too slippery, easy to fall down.There were no slots on the floor or ruber mat inside the shower to avoid falls downs. The cleaning of the bath room was like in every hotel, the room maids necer cleaners them well. Should have more hangers, to hang the clothes. The safe box very small, impossible to put a notebook inside. And the mini bar was too mini. Everybody knows that we always put inside an yogurt or something of us.In USA for many years they have only the mini bar, empty, but working of course. This is nice. Leave us with the possibility to really used it. Also it should have choice of pillows. Ours was too soft for us, and we didn't have other to change. The other problem was to be far from the center. But if they resolve the others problems we'll certainly return to it.

Review 7：The room was beautiful, just loved it. All clear room, beautiful, spacious, confortable...Love it. The bath room was nice as well, missing sometings but the shower was big, great to take bath. The breakfast was excellent. I even ate too much than my normal way. Nice, goods and a big variety. The reception was helpfull and they were nice.. Even with these smalls problems, we'll certainly go back to this hotel. Love the room very much.

Review 16：No bacon. Cleaning services started their round a little bit too early (8am) and woke us up on two mornings. We had to start using "Do Not Disturb" -sign.

Review 38：The heating/airconditioning is controlled by the hotel. We stayed there for 5 nights and sat there for 3 nights with no wifi. When asked when it would be fixed the staff was unfriendly and said it could take an hour or longer. No gesture was made to apologize or even be friendly. Huge disappointment!

Review 46：The pictures of the rooms show a much bigger rooms than in reality. When I complained at the reception, the answer was . that it is "a gimmick of the photographer". When I asked to talk with the manager and told her that I was sure I'm going to get much bigger rooms for my group, her answer was "It's a pity...!" Beside that, my room had no air, the air condition is not working in this period of the year, she suggested to open the window. I told her that it is raining and there is a lot of noise from trains, busses and cars on the street, her answer was again "It's a pity...!" Unbelievable.

Review 69：Staff were not friendly, poor facilities, renovation work at reception, poor materials, plastic chairs in the room with a 4+star classified hotel?!! So expensive for the facilities, bad smell from the room. Small room space although I had a superior room, my friend booked a standard room and he didn't have a kettle, coffee or tea in the room! These are standard in almost every hotel now. I asked for 2 electric adapters and they only brought me one! I will not come back to it again

Review 96：The stopper to our bathroom sink was down so the water did not drain. We looked everywhere for the lever to unstop the sink but could not figure it out. We called the front desk and the person working said that he didn't know anything about the rooms. All in all it wasn't a big deal but just a minor annoyance.

Review 97：We were a little concerned when we saw the dingy exterior to this hotel but the inside had been renovated and was clean and comfortable. The staff was efficient though not friendly, the wifi worked, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was quite nice with many options.

Review 98：Receptionist staff were rude, for example; the male receptionist parked his car #1048 behind our car and blocked our way out. When I went to the reception, he gave me this yellow smile and said its my car I will move it! He delayed us and he had to rush to the airport. the female receptionist was also rude and I don't want to take much of my time to talk more about this.

Review 103：I had a 3-night stay and the sink of the first room they provided is malfunction. The water stayed in the sink and was totally not usable. I requested the front desk to provide another room but he refused to do so in the beginning because I already used that room. Are you kidding me? The hotel didn't check the room before providing it to guests so they were not able to change it when they found the room is malfunction? The gentleman in the front desk even told me that the entire hotel is fully booked. However, that is totally not true because I already checked it through the booking.com app on my phone and showed the result to him. In the end, I got the room that I ought to get few hours ago. A totally waste of time for both sides.

As there wasn't we needed to look for an outside parking space for another 15 minutes and walk another ten till the hotel. This was quite exhausting and doesn't lead to any recommendation. The receptionists are not very friendly and didn't even apalogise for the inconvenience. The breakfast room gets quite overcrowded at a certain time.

Review 128：Although we were warned there may be noise from building works between 10am and 5.30pm they actually started around 8am and went on until 6pm. We were disturbed on a number of occasions by extremely loud drilling and hammering. Decoration of rooms was a bit tired. Minimal facilities.

The air conditioning system does not work at the reception and it is not comfortable at see employees standing in hot weather. The restaurant lounge was extremely warm and air conditioning system was tuned off as well.
