Review 1：Good location very close to the slopes, they also have a free shuttle service to the slopes. The apartment was good, clean, free wifi worked perfect, great to have also free parking, the reception service was good and very kind. Perfect place for a skiing vacation in winter.
Review 2：Not enough storage, apartment which we booked for 2 adults and 2 young children was too small and very inconvenient as there are no coat hangers anywhere in the apartment , so having traveled in winter we were obliged to keep four sets of ski jackets and trousers either on the alredy small living room sofa or in the bedroom wardrobe. There were other small inconviences such as the bedroom radiator and TV remote control which didn't function, dishwasher tablets and toilet paper are provided in 1 unit only Very poor wifi

Review 4：Just a bit smaller for 3 people and if we were 4 would be a bit complicated to move around the house, but beside that was 5 stars. Could also have at least one or two tables on the offer kit since it's not practicle to buy a box of dish wash tables just for 4 days & 1 or 2 washing.

Review 11：This apartment is really good - clean, well equipped, quiet. We had a fantastic view, parking place and everything we needed. The owners are very nice and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Review 14：The apartment was very dark with poor interior lighting, especially in the kitchen. It was supposed to be a one bedroom apartment but a second bed had been moved in to what originally had been the apartment's dining area and completely filled the space (making it useless when only 2 people were in the apartment). The dining room table and chairs had been moved into the living room. This made the apartment quite cramped with only one loveseat and the dining table's chairs for seating. Someone had not thoroughly cleaned the fridge and it smelled like rotting fish when you opened the door. We immediately needed to clean the fridge in order to eliminate the bad odor. The bed was not comfortable (sagged in middle) and the springs made noise.
Review 15：The apartment was close to town and hiking opportunities. The kitchen was well equipped and appliances worked well. There were helpful, detailed instructions on how to operate all the appliances. The location was quiet (away from road and most construction noise).
Review 16：I echo the reviews of others regarding the check in. Reception was hard to find, in a darkened hallway. Even though it was during office hours, the door was locked. I reached for what I thought was a light and ended up ringing the doorbell, which did get us service. However, nobody was available when we checked out. The parking garage was very difficult to maneuver, even for a small car. The floor of the apartment was less than clean.

Review 21：The apartment had secure underground parking with elevator access to the floors. The studio apartment was well appointed with a washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen facilities and bathroom with bidet. Wi-fi was strong and there was even BBCWorld News on the TV! A bonus!

Review 24：The location was OK however it is a bit of a hike walking up to the town with young children....an evening shuttle bus would have been very helpful as cooking after skiing not ideal and local supermarket very small so limited meal options for cooking in. Wifi didn't work in the lounge or bedrooms; we only got signal near the front door of the apartment

Review 45：This is a little out of Soldeu but only a 10 minute walk ( up a steep hill). The transfers help with this morning and evening. The biggest issue was I couldn't sleep; not sure if this is because of noise ( not much really) shutters banging or some thin mattresses on sofa beds. Also the flat next door had smokers in and the smell drifted to our flat, despite doors being shut.
Review 46：The rooms were basic but clean, spacious enough. We had 6 in an apartment. Though some of the sofa beds weren't very comfy, main beds were great. The staff make this place, we had phone calls when late arriving, good instructions, help when leaving ( snow storm, help buying snow blankets for cars, advice). Electricity went one night, rectified by 9.20 AM. Staff are friendly and the transfers to Soldeu gondola save time, money and effort.
Review 47：Nothing in paperwork about where to find fuse box - power went in middle of night and we had to wait until reception opened to get it sorted. Central heating could be noisy - water dripping and running through pipes. Ended up switching off radiators to stop it disturbing our sleep but apartment was very hot so that wasn't necessarily a bad thing.

Review 54：Hard to find, amyabe a larger tv?While the sofa was nice to seat on, I doubt it would have been to sleep in. To be picky the shuttle stopped at 5pm and an extra 30 minutes would have been perfect, but we rented a locker at the ski lift and could easily walk back home in regular shoes.
Review 55：We had an appartment for 6 persons, 2 bedroom with good bedding and 2 sofa in the living room. Bed were all made and ready to use upon arrival. 2 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen was part of the appartment with all cutlery and plates. Clean linen were provided and fresh towel ( under a sealed plastic bag) were provided with extra kits in case off. A welcome pack for the kitchen was also offered (soap sponge and towel). The shuttle service was great, although the apartments are walking distance to the lift in 10 min the shuttle was just great, we never waited more than 2 minutes for it.

Review 108：1. It was difficult to find the reception. The correct arrival directions were correct but IMHO incomplete. I was missing any hint where the entrance might be. It took me at least 10 minutes of search. A sign "reception 100 meters downwards" on the main street (at the building featured in the listing) with an arrow would have helped ... 2. The bed was disappointing. A foldable couch, in the middle of the apartment. The one in the first apartment could not be unfolded completely (not flat), so I had to change the apartment. Fortunately the facility was not fully booked. 3. No mountain view from my apartment, just some soil.

The pillows were too hard for my comfort..and they need to add a carrot peeler to their tools for the kitchen..if staying more than three days need to bring toilette paper, need to bring all cleaning detergents for cloths, and dishes and dish washer as well as a sponge, paper towel too. The fan in the bath room makes too much noise. The wi-Fi did not work very well.

Review 126：The heating we had problems with and the main radiator didn't work. On speaking to the staff they gave us a portable heater which was enough BUT there should of been constant heating. This was not a major problem but could of been if the weather had been really cold .
Review 127：I've been to soldeu many times and always stayed at the sports hotel. As this was very expensive I decided to book an apartment . I was pleasantly surprised how close they were to the town just a four minute walk. The apartment was new and had everything . We had three bedrooms which was fantastic. Everything clean and had underground parking. The staff were also helpful and nice.

Review 129：Exceeded all expectations!! Jan 25 - 29th stay with 2 appartments. From the moment we booked the staff helped us every step of the way, including out-of-hours check-in. Having previously stayed in French PV, MV and Mona Lisa properties the La Pleta complex is a breath of fresh air. The appts are very spacious, well equipped (WM & DW!) and prepared to a 4* hotel standard. Bedding, toiletries and towels all very nice. Nice quiet location, but only short walk from Soldeu village. The minibus shuttle is great, takes 45 seconds to the main lift. Really helpful driver. The areas around the apartment are kept snow/ice free by a Caretaker that really goes out of his way to help you. Underground parking is huge asset as there was 30cms of snow during our stay. Although we travelled as a group of mates we are all dads and would have no hesitation returning with our young families. I actually work in the travel industry and immediately noticed La Pleta & Soldeu staff, piste patrols, ski school etc are all making a huge effort to welcome vistors, which makes a welcome change from other big, expensive ski resorts in the country just North of Andorra. Thumbs up to Lisa & crew!We will all be re-booking. ps its a pleasant 3 hour drive from BCN T2, Thrifty didn't charge for taking car into Andorra.
Review 130：The kitchen is really badly equipped, no tea towels, proper knives, cutting board etc. nor light above the sink, poor cuttlery and crookery for 6 and bad electrical fitting (we rented a perfectly working "raclette" cooker which we couldn't plug without short circuiting the whole place). The car park is narrow and we got only one car-park for 6 people, 2 cars. The shuttle got stuck in traffic, we waited 45mn to get picked up. No shuttle from 10.30 am till 3 pm.Th enlace is too far to walk to the ski lift or shops.Only one shower for a 6 people flat, no bath.
