Review 1：Was my third time. They gave me a smaller room 111 near the staircase and elevator. The room was very noisy due to people taking the stairs and standing in front of room talking loud. From late evening and early in the morning.

Review 5：You must change the address to Harrislee - we were extremely annoyed because the GPS will not find it u der Flensburg and according g to the hotel they have asked you to change it - most annoying. It was a great hotel!

Review 6：Attempted to eat in the restaurant where the staff told us they did not speak English, threw a German menu at us and left us to it. They did us a favour though because we ate in the bar and the lady in there was really nice and went out of her way to be helpful.

Review 7：We were not expecting much as it is literally just off the motorway and looks horrible from the outside. However the pool area was amazing, the rooms were nice and spacious and the food was nice.

Review 10：feels a bit like an abandoned hotel. Dirty walls in the room, rusted water coming out of the taps, spiders in the bathroom, leaking sink, old beds with thin mattresses, worn-out pillows.

Review 12：The whole hotel/buildings need a makeover. This was probably a nice hotel 20 years ago but it's old and smell like desinfectant. My room was old, with a very small bathroom and no minibar. The extra (sport)facilities saved this hotel from a bad note.

Review 13：The internet connection is perfect, no matter where and in which building you are. Gym and wellness were perfect for me.

No cattle in the room, plastic curtain in the bathroom, one free plug - far from the bed, spa old and in separate building, restaurant in the third building, nothing instead border to be reached walking, without car you are lots in the middle of nowhere.

YOu must pay 5€/day as hotel guest. Also the bar in reception building was nice and fair price. Good breakfast too.
