Review 2：The location is perfect, walking distance to everything of interest, a historical building, well managed, very friendly and accommodating staff - and a very decent restaurant

Review 3：The rooms are in dire need of remodeling. The carpets are light peach (think 80's) with dark rims at the edges from years of dirt. Worst of all, the desk staff. When asked for places to eat he shrugged and said "It's very busy you'll just have to go out and search"

Review 4：The hotel is well located on a street with shops and restaurants, close to the middle of town where you'll find the bridge over the river and beautiful well preserved historic buildings The included breakfast was in a nice space and had nice variety and quality

Review 7：Poor wi-fi connection, Restaurant and bar closed from after lunch until 6 p.m. and all day Sunday. Impossible to get a cup of coffee or anything in the afternoon! Chambermaids do not clean glasses or soap dish. Hangers in closet installed on rail from from front to back instead of left to right, making it difficult to locate and remove clothes. Lighting in bathroom very poor for make-up or shaving. No full length mirror in room. A-C installed in rooms but not on reception area or elevators, which were stifling in hot weather!

Review 9：I thought the location was excellent. It was within easy walking distance of the sights that we wanted to visit but outside of the crowds and tour buses. In addition, the room where breakfast was held was very nicely appointed. It also had a nice outdoor seating area. The AC was great and necessary since the day we were there was 99 dF.

Review 11：It was such a hot summer. They had a free mineral water facility in the lobby. That was very nice thought from the staff. Also very prompt response of hotel staff for every requests we made.

Review 28：No hotel parking was offered and one has to park in a public car park about 1/4 mile away. This is not expensive, but the amount of traffic makes it difficult to stop and unload your car when you first arrive. You then have to make a complete circuit of the town to find the parking garage. In an apartment like this, one would expect facilities for making a hot drink. The food in the restaurant is rather expensive, on the heavy side, and the menu offers limited choice.

Review 29：We booked one of the apartments which was, in effect, a suite. Extremely comfortable with a pleasant sitting area and very comfortable beds.the hotel staff are very helpful. the hotel is ideally situated for visiting Bamberg.

Review 33：Very comfortable room, clean and modern facilities, short walk into old town, private parking, and the staff. My wife developed a dental abscess requiring emergency treatment on a Sunday. The staff located an emergency dentist and arranged a taxi to get us there. We had to stay an extra couple of days for her to recover and the staff were outstanding to ensure a comfortable time.

The location was perfect - right between the old city and the less old city, allowing you to easily do both without having to trudge across the city at the end of the night.

Review 93：Loved the location. It was very easy to walk to the sights and the Christmas Market. A plus that we could park in the garage underneath the hotel! The room we were in had a separate living room with king size bed and bathroom up a winding stair. Very romantic and a huge space. Skylight windows that open were a nice touch We ate dinner at the Restaurant and it was very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel
