Review 1：At first, we we had some concern about the traffic on the busy road just in front of the hotel. But at night there was hardly any traffic so it was not a problem at all.
Review 2：Very friendly and helpful staff. We also liked the standard, a little cosy old fashioned with windows that open and heaters you can adjust yourself. Large room and good beds. And a very varied breakfast buffet.
Review 3：The room smelled stuffy, probably a former smokers room that hadn't been cleaned out. No safe in the room. Lots of noise from the traffic, I had to use ear-plugs to sleep.

Review 9：Convenient location! Just in front of the Deutsches Haus, where the Concert I visited was held. And it was about the middle of the train station and the city center. The room was confortable.
Review 10：Had trouble in the shower. When i woke up there was no water coming out-so i had to get dressed, go down to lobby and ask them to check what the problem was-took about half an hour for them to clear it up.

Review 40：1) I offered to pay my 6 days upon my arrival then they say no need, I was surprised that they asked me to pay 3 days after my 3rd day of stay, then I payed the total 6 days. I considered that behavior provocative and unprofessional;2) I received a washed brand new blue T-shirt and a white shirt totally spoiled with mixed colors which were not washed properly at 30 degree and which cost me both about 40 Euro, I complained but I get nothing; 3) The cost of the room it was 140 Euro per night too expensive in compare to a 4 star hotel in Hamburg where I stayed for 2 days in two hotels Radisson blue and bocelo.

Review 42：- we paid for an extra wifi connection, and had trouble connecting - maybe because our room was at the far end from the reception. we mentioned this when we left, and the staff promised to pass the info, but we still had to pay 8 EUR for one day - beds a bit too hard/uncomfortable for my taste, and the same for the pillows
