Review 2：A nice big room with everything you need. It was very comfortable and the staff were all first rate. It is very well located about mid way between the railway station and the old town center, about a five minute walk to either. The breakfast was outstanding, one of the best we had in Europe. We also had dinner at the hotel and this was also excellent.
Review 3：Due to extreme weather, the room was very hot, which meant we had to leave the windows open all night. The hotel could do little about this, obviously, but since the room was over a busy road, we got little sleep the first night. However, the hotel staff very kindly relocated us to a rear-facing room the following day, which was much quieter.

Review 5：I arrived in the evening, so finding my way back to the car park in the morning was a little tricky as the signs were not very clear.
Review 6：Typically German in every manner. The food was excellent and the beer served in mugs ! In the heart of the town so easy to explore. I think every German staying in the hotel went for breakfast at 7am, as it was packed, but at 8am it was empty.
Review 7：Only negatives were the wifi which only worked in the lobby & breakfast area, & the limited English-speaking channels available on the television (which was the same all over Germany).
Review 8：The breakfast at Hotel Europa was literally the best breakfast we had in a month of hotels in Germany & Belgium. A wide range of hot & cold options & the best pastries ever. Staff on the front desk were lovely & very accommodating with a late checkout at no extra charge.

Review 10：The location was great for us, easy walk to the city centre and about 15 min walk to the train station. our room was in a separate guest house just out the back and was small but comfortable. Great wine bar area attached to the restaurant. Fantastic Breakfast lots of variety. The wifi was good but only available in breakfast room area which you can access anytime.

Review 12：From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and exceptionally helpful, including offering tips and hints for exploring the local area, to storing our bags for us after checkout. The included breakfast was excellent, and we loved the ambience that was created with little touches such as a table reserved for us with a welcome note. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Review 42：The location, a few hundred metres from the historic town centre is ideal and the hotel staff were particularly helpful and friendly.
Review 43：The hotel is directly on a main road so it might be noisy if it is necessary to have the windows open. Fortunately we were able to keep the windows shut but this is just a thought. We also brought a small sound machine to block any street noise and it worked great.
Review 44：When we arrived, we were welcomed to the hotel and not just merely checked in. It was a great first impression when we entered the hotel after a long drive. The entrance to the separate parking garage was just a few doors down so it was fairly close and convenient. The location was great. It is just a short walk to the old town but far enough outside where it was still quiet even during the big festival. The beds were very comfortable and the room was modern and very clean. It is very close to the river and the walking path which would be great for jogging or biking.

Review 49：Excellent staff, and location ideal for the sights. First class breakfast. If travelling by car the garage is approx 100 mtrs before you arrive at the Hotel, just drive in and follow the instructions to the Hotel parking area.
Review 50：It did not offer Wi fi. Infact it was misleading when it said it had Internet access, as this was only by cable. No use for iPads. I would gladly have paid for half an hour. As we did not have internet access we could not pre book our seats with Luthansa we ended up having to sit separately on our journey home.

Review 60：It's more of a suggestion really. It's the norm in Australia to have tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms and I think this would have made our stay at Europa perfect.
Review 61：We had a lovely night after a big day traveling from Venice by car with 2 kids and a grandmother. The rooms were very spacious and the beds very comfortable. It was nice to have a bath too. The most exceptional thing about our stay was the help we received from Andrea in reception. We drove on to Hamburg and I realized I had left my back pack (complete with passports) in the internet cafe a few doors down. I phoned reception in a panic and not only did Andrea go to the cafe and retrieve the bag but she made sure we got the bag before our flight back to the UK. It was above and beyond the call of duty!
