Review 1：The massage at the sister hotel was a little strange. She talked the entire time. I would recommend asking about pressure, educating an international guest about what to expect in your area and a little more quiet

Review 4：Front desk staff was very helpful and spoke English. Some of the wait staff did not. Great location surrounded by mountains and small villages that you can hike to. Best value was 5 course dinner available for guests for 12 euros each h night. Would definitely return.
Review 5：Coffee not set out so you could serve yourself. Staff very slow to refill coffee and had to get up to find someone to assist.

Review 9：Terrible pillows on bed , we had three each and still struggled to get a good sleep , expensive bar, 5 euros for an amaretto ,that cost just over 4 euros a bottle in local spar, premium price for local spirits, 99% tourist literature in hotel in german, even though there is a British walking tours company using this hotel, to be honest, a few improvements could transform this hotel , music , entertainment , at night, once shops close at 6pm in ehrwald , there is nothing to do in village . being that's no fault of hotel, a bit of entertainment wouldn't go amiss , we found ourselfs in bed before 9pm through sheer boredom

Review 24：Chocolates on the pillows and fairy lights on the balcony...what a lovely welcome! Excellent hotel. Well situated for ski bus and local slopes. Staff all very helpful. Room clean and spacious. My gluten free diet was catered for without a problem and the food was excellent.

Review 26：Even though it was the (very) quiet season, the staff were attentive, the buffet breakfast was well laid out, etc. We were expected and well catered too. The half board option was excellent value. The views from our room were wonderful, and the assistance to see a Dr was appreciated.
