Review 1：No breakfast during my stay No people attending front desk , it looks like Gasthaus no Hotel Check-out too early 10:30am Normal hotel is 12:00 !

Review 3：The parking is the only issue all over Germany! We were able to drop off & pick up our luggage at the door and were given a location to park only a few blocks away. This made it easier to deal with!

The warm welcome,bright decor,clean room, big enough for our family, variety of foods for the morning meal,great value, etc. We would definitely stay again and recommend them to all! It was our first time traveling outside the USA, across the world. We stayed at few places while visiting Germany & Austria.

Having mentioned this at checkout (mind: in the weekend there is hardly any staff around), the only reaction, litterally read: I am so sorry. We paid and left in great disappointment.

Review 21：Great bathroom - newly renovated, really powerful shower with the best rainfall shower I have ever had. Room itself was very spacious, bed very comfortable. Even though it was hot and we were on the top floor, airflow was good and room remained cool enough to sleep. Car parking arrangements good - park house close by and easy to get to. Luggage can be unloaded at front of hotel. Easy walking to everything in Bamberg.

Review 28：Hotel was fresh and clean, staff was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Located in a surrounding residential area, it is close to the town center. They were even able to help us with our laundry. Parking was around the corner and only 8 euro per day.

Review 33：If you want to book a holiday suit, be careful that it locates far away from the town. The hotel has some houses which are not the location shown on the map. The reception is in the downtown but that is not where you will live!

Review 67：Laundry service was advertised. I had one large bag of laundry. When I asked the price for doing it I was told they couldn't tell me until it was done. When I checked out they tried to charge me €30! They reduced this to 15 after I complained, although I had to pay this in cash for some reason. The clothes were not ironed or pressed. At a hotel in Amberg, they did my laundry for free, while one in Passau wanted €5.

Review 73：Everything is excellent. Very nice town to explore on foot, starting right from the hotel. The town is of much better scenic value and the hotel of much better value than what can be found in nearby Nurnberg.

Review 74：The hotel is not staffed 24/7 so if you arrive during an off-hour, you check yourself in. It's not complicated but it is different. The room I stayed in was quite small and there is no parking on site, however this hotel was still a very good deal for the price I paid.

You are buzzed in via the"night porter" bell on the front door and retrieve your key from a smallnumbered drawer that correlates to your name written on a chalkboardabove. Actually went very smoothly but I prefer to check in with a humanso I can confirm the rate, items included/excluded (breakfast, etc.) andcan get some advice on places to eat, etc.
