Review 1：Shower head needs to be replaced, bad Wifi in the room.

Review 2：Superb location, friendly and helpful staff, great view from the room, nice and diverse breakfast. Quiet and peaceful area.

Review 3：Front desk staff the day we checked in was the rudest I have everencountered anywhere. The man who took our luggage to room was equallyrude. We arrived early and went for lunch in dining room where again thestaff were rude and inattentive. It took 2 hours for service of nothingbut a glass of wine & salad. We would have had a second glass but noone would wait on us. We left & bought a bottle of wine in town& sat on our patio which was wonderful. We did have dinner thatnight & breakfast the next morning and staff at those meals were thesame and very pleasant. The food was mediocre. This is certainly no 5star hotel. I would rate it more of a 2 because of staff. If we returnto area I would definitely not stay there or recommend it to others.

Review 17：Location can't be beat. Spa and Pool facilities overlook the lake and are very nicely done. Worth the splurge to have lake view room. Food was delicious with many unexpected treats. Rooms are spacious and come with nice Robes, Slippers, and plenty of towels for the spa.
