Review 1：There is nothing we could mention as negative.

Review 2：We loved the locación, the view, the good disposition and friendliness of the Staff. It has the feeling of home se ay from home

Review 3：staff was nice, but we didn't get much attention or welcome at arrival. We hardly ever saw anyone really.

Review 4：Accommodations were clean, nice and comfortable. You definitely need a car because it's rather far from the centre Breakfast was ok, not great though

Review 5：When we arrived at 4pm there was no one around to greet us. After repeatedly ringing the bell reception, we had to look around the property to find one of the owners down by the pool to get us into our room. He was decidedly UN welcoming. We felt from the beginning through the end of the stay that the owners would have preferred that we were not there. They act very unhappy to be in the hospitality business. We were told not to take a bottle of wine to our room because we might spill it (it was 5pm). The carpet in the rooms was already well stained and we thought this was ridiculous. All in all we felt a very negative "vibe" though out our stay from both owners. I would never return to this place. There are many more welcoming, cleaner options at the same price in the same area. The final straw was being told at check out that the credit card machine was "broken" so we would have to pay cash (which we did not have). We ended up having to spend half an hour arranging a bank transfer to pay the bill. Avoid this place!

Review 6：The first day we were put in a basement room right off the swimming pool with almost no view of the lake. We asked to move to a higher room for the next night and, even though the hotel was almost empty, the owner balked at moving us to a room with a better view. The upper rooms have a beautiful view of the lake.

Review 7：Unfortunately, 1 hour before returning our rental car to the airport Hertz office, at 9:00 pm, we were subtracted our suitcase and briefcase we left in the trunck while we made our last stop at the main cathedral square in Bariloche. Be aware that such Bariloche stealers watch and target rental cars!

Review 8：Much less crowded than Bariloche, greater skying, quiet and beautiful location in the woods, lake and mountains, yet only 1,5 hrs from Bariloche.
