Review 1：Nobody to welcome us at the reception, had to go to the restaurant next door to check in. Couldn't find anyone to check out, so we left the key and had to return later same day before leaving the town... We only had one small bottle of shampoo and 1 small soap for two people.

Review 2：Perfect location, nice renovation, quiet rooms, decent breakfast

Review 3：Zero service. The only staff appear to be the ones in the restaurant. They are nice, but no substitute for an actual hotel staff. Getting the door answered to get in was even a hassle - with two small kids stuck out in the cold. Breakfast started late the day we stayed.
