Review 1：Staff at check in was really unmotivated and did not make me feel welcome. Staff at check out was totally different and much more professional.

Review 2：Price is really value of money. Hotel is located close to the city centre. Reminds me on a old grand hotel. Breakfast was good. Staff at check out was very professional.

Review 11：The room is tiny and dark, nowhere to put a suitcase, you can't even walk around the bed normally, there is no desk. Very weird lighting, old style high beds like from a grandma's room. Dark old furniture, flowery wallpaper, dark green curtains, brown carpet. The opposite of modern. I arrived late (11pm) and the receptionist was very unhappy about it although they were let know in advance. Allegedly free wi-fi but nobody picks up at the reception to give you the password. Staff is not very friendly.

Review 13：Cleanliness is unappropriate given the level of the hotel. The room (a suite) had a rather weird glass wall giving IN the bathroom. You coul actually see in the bathroom, destroying any privacy.

Review 47：Almost anybody speaks another language than german. The internet signal reached only the first floor, so we have to move fromthe second floor to the first to have a very poor signal. As almost anybody speaks other language than german, the informations about the hotel facilities and the sights of the city were incomplete.

Review 48：When we arrived in the room we found 2 single beds. What was supposedto be a "superior" room was tiny. My partner found a hair onhis pillow, wasn't his and wasn't mine. The staffautomatically assumed that everyone could speak German. Otherlanguages were not an option.
