Review 1：We were put into an attic room without air conditioning. A cooling fan was supplied but it was so hot that even with the window open and the fan on, the room was unbearably hot for the whole night (it was 29 degrees during the day) We dod not sleep the whole night and my daughter suffered considerably as she is pregnant. In retrospect I should have requested another room. I did complain in the morning but just got fobbed off.

Review 3：The rooms at Via Regia are clean and spacious, and the hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the old town. It's a good place to stay if traveling with a dog, as there is a nice park right around the corner.

Review 4：We liked the location on a quiet street with good parking. The old apartment building had been renovated one year ago into a brand new modern hotel with a very nice breakfast room area. Easy 10 minute walk to the train station and center of the city.

Review 6：Don't be put off by the comments this hotel is close to the railway station,the hotel location is quiet & peaceful and a pleasant walk into the old town. Could not fault the room . Hotel has a small restaurant. Breakfast is extra but plentiful & wide choice of food ,to include fresh fruit & pastries. Hotel has free sauna .Free coffee in lobby. Staff helpful & friendly . As frequent travellers no hesitation in recommending to others .

Review 7：I happened to be with friends who had a car but normally I travel by train. The train station was about a 15 minute walk. There was no safe in the single room.

Review 8：If arriving by car, there is a parking lot which is lighted and private. The drive into the parking lot is very narrow. Beautifully restored hotel. The single room was small but comfortable.

Review 9：Very good quality (especially given the low price). The hotel must have been renovated lately as entire furnishing is brand new and very tasteful. Very good breakfest and nice and helpfull staff. Good value for money.

Review 10：the local maps were not too good and it was a bit difficult to find the best way into town.

Review 11：very pleasant staff, availability of bicycles, good food, very nice room. The town of Gorlitz is beautiful and has very good restaurants. We biked over the Neisse River pedestrian bridge for a quick visit to the Polish side of the border.
