Review 1：Rooms are on the small side and the shower is in the bath tub which I dislike.

Review 2：Good location at the pier and nice views of the beach and the sea. Breakfast is great with good choice of breads, meats, cheeses, eggs and even bubbles.

Review 3：Bar Pianist placed wrongly. Sound was too loud for dinner, as guests were not really able talking with each other while playing.

Review 9：The hotel management was terribly un-cooperative. I wanted to delay my visit and pay for my booked reservation to receive a voucher to use at another occasion, since my business partners had an unforeseen change of plans, but the hotel made me pay for full amount without offering me a voucher for later use. Very unfriendly behaviour and totally inappropriate and rude business behaviour . Very disappointed, can only recommend not to book this hotel in advance.

Review 11：Tried to book a massage, was most clear of next day by name, and using tomorrow. This did not happen. Reception booked it for same day, and there were no available opportunities on the day I planned for it. I could not check out and receive my bill in the middle of the night as the night accountant could not speak English, nor did he make any effort to assist, like he had never done it, or more like he just did not feel like it. Other than a couple of people, it is only the parking that is difficult when the hotel is full.

Review 12：The Ambassador Hotel is the nicest hotel I've stayed at in Europe over many stays, with the exception of one hotel in Hamberg that I paid +500 Euros per night. CLEAN! COMFORTABLE! All of the staff was incredible, with the exception of the following: Spa reception, two parties male and female; and one Night accountant that spoke no English. Beds are best in EU, breakfast is great, overall cleanliness is impeccable. Ambience is very nice. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! I would come back and bring my wife and I will tell others about it. Truly an nice experience.

Review 14：We absolutely loved this hotel: the location just in front of the sea, the seaview of the room, the interior design and teh meals were absolutely great! I would recommend to spend some extra on the seaview, since it is really beautiful. What makes this hotel really special is a nice & cosy relaxing area attached to the spa. The swimming pool is small, but it was enough for a relaxed swimming after sauna. The design of all the areas in the hotel is beautiful, and we were very much pleased by the breakfast buffet, which was delicious and versatile.
