Review 1：The Wifi worked a little intermittently

Review 2：Beautiful location on the lake: great sunsets from the terrace and the hotel Spa facility is good. The rooms and the hotel in general is spotlessly clean. Good service & very nice breakfast buffet.

Review 3：Wi-fi is working poorly to non-existent. The bed is not the most comfortable - it is presented as a queen bed but there are 2 separate mattresses, with some space between them.

Review 4：The view of the lake from the room was marvellous and the balcony is definitely a great idea. The spa is great for a hotel spa with few nice hidden resting rooms next to the saunas. There are also bicycles for rent at the hotel. The breakfast has a nice variety and is of high quality and the hotel bar serves nice cocktails.

Review 5：This is one of the best hotels we've ever been: great location next to the lake, very large room fully equiped, nice spa center, very helpful and kind Staff, various and tasty breakfast, simply FANTASTIC!

Review 6：We booked a seaview and got a parking lot view; however, the hotel compensated with a delicious three-course meal at the restaurant. The pier, lakeside was very narrow & crowded. Would be nice if they expand it.

Review 12：Unfortunately, the standard of food offered in the a la carte restaurant seems to have declined somewhat since our last visit. A little improvement in this area would have made for a perfect stay.

Review 13：The excellent views of lake Fleesensee and tranquil setting of this hotel are unique. The breakfast buffet is very good and breakfast can be enjoyed in the serenity of the terrace with a wonderful view of the lake. Rooms are modern and friendly with a balcony beckoning to to enjoy the sunset over the lake. All in all, the location offers everything one needs to relax and charge spent batteries or enjoy the many outdoor activities available.

Review 14：Alles sind super! We spent really good two days in the hotel. The people were very freindly. The W-lan was not well in the first room but they change another room for us. Sauna was 5-star standard and the breakfast is amazing. Only the location is a bit problematic, no other restaurant nearby.

Review 15：We particulary enjoyed using the wellness area lots of treatments on offer and very relaxing after a days walking. The hotel staff make you feel you feel very welcome and we had a lovely supprise on my wife's birthday the hotel staff had reserved a table for us at breakfast and we offered complementary champange, birthday cake and cocktails in the bar.
