Review 1：The backyard view is rather... uninspiring. That apart, I've no complaints.

Review 6：It was tricky to locate by car as the hotel is on the main pedestrian precinct. The car park is accessed along the riverbank which was confusing.

Review 24：Was tricky to find, even with GPS, but well worth it when you do! Glad they have secure parking, but it's a bit of a faff to get in and out - once in, you won't want to get your vehicle out again unless it's really necessary.

They do have a few private parking spots (very secure), albeit quite tight parking, esp. if you have a longer vehicle. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Review 49：We have stayed here before, each time travelling from Black Forest to Trier. This hotel is right in the city centre, ideal for both shops and city sites. This hotel provides an excellent breakfast, and when told beforehand, provided gluten free bread

Review 55：This hotel is almost impossible to find. It is on a "pedestrian only"street and the closest you can drive is about two blocks. I think it isextremely poor that they do no mention/clarify this when booking thereservbation. When I mentioned this to the staff all they could say was"now you know where it is for next time". There will not be a next time,I do not like carrying my suitcases two blocks to get to my hotel.
