Review 1：Based in lovely countryside and thus mostly very quiet (though the nearby road did get a little noisy at times), these are holiday flats and thus attractive to families. Mostly people are considerate, but kids will be kids, so take earplugs if you plan to have a lie in.
Review 2：Very convenient location, fairly close to motorway with easy access to Bayreuth as well as well as some wonderful towns & villages closeby. This place gave us all the flexibility we wanted for this holiday. Everything is very clean and comfortable, all that is necessary is there, albeit some equipment & furnishings are a little dated and basic. Lots of wardrobe space and very helpful owner living on site; all very easy-going and pleasant.

Review 4：Owner was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of space in unit and quiet village location. Large central room was very convenient and well equipped. A cup of coffee could be obtained nearby and a supermarket was only just down the road. Was also near some very good hotels serving value for money, tasteful meals.
