Review 1：Limited kitchenware. We had to pay a surcharge for baby, which was not shown by booking; this surcharge plus the one for bed linens (calculated per person) raised the total costs by about 50% over the original booking (we stayed 3 nights) - check the small print ;-)

Review 2：Good location, hiking trails nearby; clean apartment, small indoor pool great for young children, playroom and small outdoor playground also for young children. Can order fresh buns for breakfast, they are brought by the door early in the morning.

Review 3：* The price listed for the room is different for the price you will actually pay. We paid extra 49 euros when we arrived at the reception for towels and city tax.* No barbeque place. * Doors are locked after 9PM you need a key to EXIT the hotel! * You cannot simply book the room and go there. You need to phone the owner and make arrangements before you go there. Otherwise your room will have no towels and bed sheets! The owner is there until 5PM. So, you will really sleep on an empty bed. * Burnt plastic smell in the room

Review 4：Quite a long walk from the town. There was a bar on site but we didn't see it open, presumably because it was very quiet when we stayed. But it would of been nice to be able to have a drink on site.

Review 5：We booked this for a 3 night break for my birthday as its only just over 2 hours from our home. The apartment was in good condition and a decent size for the two of us and our two dogs. We had a ground floor corner apartment with a good sized balcony overlooking the garden.There was a sofa and two chairs, a table and four chairs and a small kitchenette. Good shower in a small bathroom. Good sized bedroom and plenty of wardrobe space. The staff spoke very little English and our German is limited but we got by! They were helpful but only at the property between certain hours of the day. On our last day they left dog chews by our door which we thought was a nice touch :) Bad Sacha is a nice town but it was very quiet and places to eat out were limited. On reflection, Braunlage may have been a better place to be as it had the ski slopes and toboggan hire plus a good sized town.

Review 6：Supplement requested for sauna, while it was offered inclusive in the rate. Hostes to money minded, quote: 'you are here via booking.com, so you have already discount' We booked two days ahead, so we considered ourselves as supplementary income. Unfortunately the hostes interpreted otherwise :-(
