Review 1：When I was checking out a staff member asked me if I knew it was non-smoking in the hotel stating that there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor where our room was situated. This implied that I had been smoking. I have never smoked and I am in fact anti-smoking, so this irked me and it left a bad impression.

Review 18：I very much enjoyed my stay at the hotel which is in a perfect location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to listen. The breakfast was great and the atmospere in the breakfast room was very nice, relaxing and cosy. My room was nice and quiet.
