Review 1：No Wi - Fi is such a big problem cause there is no net , so just forget internet . No one give to me the bill for the journey and there is a bit strange in a place like Germany . The second night was not so warm in the aparament when outside was about 0 degreece .
Review 2：The price and tranquillity .
Review 3：Despite making a "booking", the place was shut! It looked like it had not even opened for the season. Two of us were traveling on business and a lot of the hotels in the Nurnberg area were full because of an exhibition. This could have really, really inconvenienced us. Luckily it workde out well as we got to stay in Pottenstein which is a beautiful village. The Bergenhof is a long way out though.
Review 4：Nothing, we didn't even get in the place. It's a fair way from Pottenstein, further than implied on the website. Luckily we found somewhere to stay in Pottenstein as it was getting late by then.
