Opened in 2013, Aparthotel Bernstein features a spa and entertainment area with 3D golf simulator, putting green, golf lounge, sauna (for an extra charge), solarium and indoor pool.

Review 1：The WiFi is very weak, and complicated to use. One login for each unit which in itself is OK. What is NOT OK is that we had to login with user credentials each time the units had been on standby. Argh! We heard several other customers complaining about the WiFi. I had the same argument last year, but obviously nothing has happened!

Review 2：Everything except the WiFi was tip-top.

Review 3：Actually nothing except for the very bad WiFi connection. I was in room 101 (junior suite) but unfortunately the internet only worked (and very bad) in the kitchen, close to the door. If they provide this room with internetr aswell it's a well earned 10 for me!!!

Review 4：Very well located, close to the centre and sea. Lots of different restaurants nearby. I received a warm welcome, the receptionist helped me carrying my luggage and showed me my room. And what a room!! I had my own living incl electric fireplace, iPod docking station hifi set, terras, fully equped kitchen, 2 (!!) flatscreen tv's and a very nice and spacious bathroom. This was all way beyond my expectations. Breakfast was great too. And all to a very price. I didn't make use of the swimming pool, golf simulator or putting green but this is a great place for business and Leisure.

Review 7：The amount of space was a welcome surprise and it was spotlessly clean. Location was excellent. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Review 9：Modern design. Great kitchen and bathroom. Large family suite. Fantastic wellness area and pool. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which you don't often find in German hotels.

Review 10：There was a golf room but the guests were not allowed to use it unless they booked a golf instructor. It would have been good value for the money if the golf room had been available also for those who just wanted to play a little. There was an extra fee for using the sauna. For such a high room rate one would expect that to be included. The breakfast was not as generous as it was described on the hotel's website. The orange juice was poor. Even Lidl has better juice. There was no Earl Grey tea. The eggs were very hard. The yoghurt was lukewarm. However the breakfast was overall OK. Very good bread. We had repeated problems with access to the internet. The room was only cleaned once in four days. The cleaners did not even make sure that we had enough tolietpaper. Finally we had to ask for more ourselves. The staff watches you in all public areas of the hotel through hidden cameras. That felt a bit uncomfortable. The towel warmer did not work. Neither did the cooker hood fan (which made the smell of frying spread in all the apartment). There was not a single English language TV-channel.

Review 11：The apartment was beautifully designed, well equipped and clean. There was also a terrace. Nice pool with sauna and relaxation area. The electric fire place was very enjoyable in th evening. Very good stereo with which one could play music directly from one's iPhone (docking it). It was very convenient with free parking right outside. The hotel is located 5 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes the beach aea (Perlebucht) walking distance. The staff is decent but lacks the charm and warmth that one appreciates when staying at a hotel. The cleaning team was very nice though.
