Review 1：The offer of the three meals and the hotel room is cheating. First of all, the staff asked us to pay first and even photocopied my credit card. For me it was weird. Now I understand why, because they were cheating and afraid the guests will not pay at check out. We have been never told what we were going to have as food before and even after the arrivals. At the end we found out the lunch was just a warm ( not even hot) soup, without dessert and coffee. Same for the dinner, we had never been informed the menu. The staff told that the main was Goulash, and we found out it was just ketchup sauce with shredded pork. In the hotel website it stated that the Goulash was Hirsh and cooked for 5 hours. The hotel treats the guests as idiots. Again we had no dessert or coffee. The wine we ordered was awful. The offer seemed attractive but at the end we just wasted our time and being disappointed. It ruined the trip. Please do not call the offer three regional meals. The hotel is fooling guests.

Review 4：The hotel is in a very small village in Black Forest - therefore it's really quiet and relaxing. The room was better than expected for this price level.

Review 10：the location is not bad for people travel with cars: 15 mins drive from Freudenstadt and it is in a very quiet forest.

Review 11：The hotel is under new ownership, with Russian owners and staff. They are clearly renovating and so it may impove, but at the moment they do not have local tips, and the hotel was practically deserted. there is no playground, but is a trampoline and table tennis table, and there is a playground in the hamlet, about 3 minutes walk.

Wonderfully comfortable beds with lovely white linen and thick soft duvees. Friendly and helpful staff. well located in peaceful forest area yet close to freudenstadt. Review 39：A very good Hotel localized in the middle of the Schwartzwald. Couldhave stayed in better place in the nearby of Freudenstadt. Very relaxingand beatifull, the hotel have simplicity and confort. Also, I had thebest coffee in Germany, since 1 month here, in there. If you want totravel throw the Black Forest Villages, stay there one night. In lessthan 5 min driving you have access to many diferent villages, surroundedby mountains and forests, with little water ways in the middle. Only theview worths the trip.
