Review 35：Had expected more from a 5 star hotel. The hole hotel it self is a bitt out dated and worn out. The swimming pool is rather small and un interesting. Every facility or activity comes with and additional cost. You have to pay extra to use the ping pong or the billiard. The water sports on the beach is simply to expensive. The internet is also quit expensive to be in Egypt. The breakfast buffet was a huge disappointment. It was very clearly "Egyptian secured" we're everything was already plated and the tea already made so it was no way anyone could bring something out from there. Very sloppy and messy in the yoghurt and fruit area. Also very strangely planed. All the food was very blend and almost nothing was fresh. They had a great deal of pastries who all was made from the same dough and probably been frozen before. Not much verity in the taste. The fool " Egyptian beens" we're the same as the day before. When one item finished on the buffet it was clearly taken away and not to be refilled so you had to wake up extra early to get the hole verity of the buffet. The staff behind the buffet disk was quit rude and unhelpful. I glad I didn't have all inclusive. Compared to other 5 star hotels in Egypt I wouldn't return or recommend it.

The beach bar was open during the day, but it was sometimes difficult to get the staff to understand what you wanted. Review 46：Alrready before arrival I had a chat with the reception to arrange transfer. Very reliable and friendly, which made me look forward. I arrived early morning and had an early check-in. The breakfast itself is very good. Amd though there is only one sort of cheese, the fresh fruits and freshly prepared scrumbled egg and pancakes made it up. Yummy. The hotel room is quite big and so is the balcony. Nice view as surrounded with mountains. Room was clean and comfortable. The pool is huge, so icould easily swim laps (even with few other people being in the pool). The hotel complex itself is quite spacious. People are very friendly especially frpm travel desk, reception and massage. I enjoyed my stay very much. The hotel complex shows a bit of wear and tear (P.e. sunbeds). Personally I didnt care. If you book a 'formaly' Hilton you can expect it might not be Hilton standard anymore. Still I can fully recommend this place

Review 96：This was our second stay and we were glad we came back, we travelled independently, not part of a package. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was always spotless. All of dahab was quiet during our stay but hopefully when people realise the red sea resorts are safe they will come back for an excellent value holiday at the hilton. Come here instead of sharm. Food is very nice, beach fantastic and nearby boats and windsurfers for hire.

They couldn't have done enough. A birthday cake was left In the room for my boyfriend. All in all more than we could have asked for. The in house tour company also excellent, quad biking and snorkelling highly recommended.

I don't believe for a second that they are 46 sqare meters as advertised on the website (even if you include the bathroom, which is very small by the way). Don't expect a five-star hotel based on European standards. The bathroom should definitely be entirely renovated (bath tub in particular). As mentioned in other reviews, the food really is not good (cafeteria style and quite bland) except for the breakfast, which was ok. You can find much better restaurants in town. All of this would not be terrible if the hotel were not a five-star Hilton. I would expect this quality from a two or three star hotel. It would be ok if the room were cheaper. I am sure you can find cheaper options in town for the same quality.

Review 128：Good location (only 10-15 Egyptian pounds for a taxi ride into town). I hear it is one of the few beaches where you can walk barefoot (inside the water). The staff are very friendly and try to be helpful (but they are sometimes a bit slow).

Review 129：The ac in my room didn't work. I informed front desk and upon returningfrom a dive day, it still didn't work. Eventually my room was changed,whilst front desk walked me to the new room we bumped into acmaintenance and front desk asked him if he had fulfilled the job, thereply was a nonchalant "No" !!! I would only rate this resort as 3*, itis tired looking and needs a complete overhaul. The staff need trainingto bear the Hilton name. We will not stay here again.

Review 131：Considering it was a 5 star hotel, and given other 5 star hotels I've stayed at prior, the staff were incredibly disappointing here. Two staff members didn't know what Mt Sinai (the major tourist attraction in the area) was, and made no effort to find out. What annoyed me most was that they hassled me to have dinner at the buffet, so I left promptly after a drink. On check out I seemed to get hit with a lot of weird, mysterious hidden bills that I have not received anywhere else ... What I figured to be about 100LE was close to 300LE, on top of the rooms cost. Wi-Fi internet is my biggest complaint - its a 5 star hotel, make the bloody internet free. 11USD per hour is ridiculous.

Review 132：The location on the beach was beautiful, and it was lovely sitting by the awesome pool with a nice cold drink (bought elsewhere - too expensive at Hilton) and watching the sun go down (or up.) The rooms were very clean, and I spent a good deal of time in the hammock on my laptop. The bed was AMAZING, extremely comfortable.
