Review 1：There was no bad experience. The hotel is a little hard to reach by public transportation, but even here they provided a bus pass at no extra cost.
Review 2：They were willing to accommodate us even though we arrived on their day off. The hotel is small and family operated but would be hard to beat for value, beautiful location, and downright charm. Great restaurant! Their English skills were adequate.
