Review 1：Reception staff was correct but dry. We asked two different members of how to get into Nürburgring which is within a 2 minute walk and were given incorrect instructions and got more than half an hour late into our booked appointment. Most people spend the night there for an appointment inside the track and we found it annoying that staff could simply not be asked to check for information.

Review 2：Loved to be located inside the famous Nürburgring. We went in November which is really quiet and had a peaceful night's sleep. The waitress at the restaurant was also lovely, kind and very customer service focused (unlike reception staff).

Review 3：Nothing bad but the hotel rooms haven't been renovated for several years and it starts to show.

Review 5：the kitchen was always closed during the day after 2pm. We were also refused dinner because of the kitchen being closed at 9:30pm. this was extremely disappointing considering the restaurant and bar were busy and operating. Very frustrating because this is a quite town with one or two restaurants and finding food was very difficult. We also had an incident with the lobby coffee. There was a sign stating free coffee, when we approached there was no coffee jugs or hot water so we walked down the hall a few meters and started to use the instant coffee machine only to be rudely told off. We were told this machine was not for us and only for people down the hall because these guests were entitled. The manner of the staff was extremely rude and aggressive

Review 7：On our initial arrival the lady at the check in desk was dismissive and very unhelpful. It then transpired that she couldnt find the booking and told us there was no booking in our name, despite it being booked and paid for up front. When we produced proof of the booking her attitude warmed a little but it was ver poor and dissappinting. The hotel was full with people on conventions and the dining area in the evening was like a school dining room. It was far too loud and we eventually left as nobody approached us to take an order. They were far too busy with the conference guests, they needed more staff to cope with the number of people.

Review 8：Breakfast was very good and perfectly placed for the nurburg ring. The male waiter that was working on the afternoon and evening was very helpful.

Review 10：Amazing location. You get a hotel and a trackside balcony for a very reasonable price. Can't possibly be beat. Breakfast was incredible, too (food and staff were top notch)

Review 11：There was a little confusion about getting one room overlooking the track. At first, there wasn't one available but when we went to the assigned room it was apparent that it had not been cleaned. So the desk attendant assigned a room overlooking the track, anyway. It all turned out okay. Our original booking was only for two rooms. I had a later e-mail exchange with the hotel via Booking.com in order to request that the one room be overlooking the track, and that request was acknowledged.

Review 28：I'm disabled (wheelchair) person and I can use "normal" bathroom with tube, but room I got has small bathroom with door which opens inside the bathroom. It was impossible to close it after entering and even with open door, tube was inaccessible for me. We took down the door and let the bathroom open withpout door to let it be accessible. I didnt mention about it to personel, as without door it was quite fine, and the room was sa good (view to the track) - I didnt want to loose it. So, I expected that the room will be choosen for me more accurate as I mentioned about it during reservation.

Review 31：This is the Perfect hotel for a car or race enthusiast, we could enjoy the racing on both the Grand Prix and Nord Ring circuits. Our terasse overlooked the home straight with Aston Martins tearing down it, the sound was amazing.
