Review 1：They had not seen on the booking that we had our dog with us and there was a small discussion about it, but it was not a problem

Review 3：Excellent restaurant for evening meal. Fantastic breakfast too with plenty of fresh bread rolls, salmon, cooked breakfast. Great service. Nice view over the canal with big ships going by. Very clean and tidy. Shoe polisher. Iron provided. Wifi good. Shower good.
Review 4：Breakfast was super good! Connected restaurant is excellent as well! Hotel rooms are not newest standard but completely ok considering price and overall appearance of the hotel! And then: Being so close to the canal has its charme too!
Review 5：We choose this hotel to have a nice and quiet time with a possibility to just relax and look at ships passing by. It was a perfect choice. Ship spotters should ensure view over the NOK.
Review 6：It's a good walk to the Altstadt (old city) where most of the other sights are but I did it more than once a day. The ships aren't the only thing to see in Rendsburg!

Review 19：The bed - I booked a double bed and received 2 twin beds. I was told this is all you have in the hotel. If felt like 2 childrens cots with wooden frames. As the frames were flush with the matress it was comfortable

Review 21：This hotel has the best view of the Kiel Canal, you can almost touch the ships as they pass by. Dinner and Breakfast is generous and excellent, beds very comfortable…our third time back !
Review 22：Lobby a bit unwelcoming - very sparse with a non-funtioning bar. Quite a walk from the town centre especially when its raining. Building work on site at the moment.
Review 23：I was lucky enough to book a junior suite with a view of the canal. Very comfortable and clean. Could see the high bridge from my room.
Review 24：Worst Internet in years, very small shower, it is important at which side of the hotel the room is located, we were at the non-interesting parking lot view side, instead of the channel side for three days, whereas we booked our room a long time in advance. The room lock did not work properly, we even were locked out of our room the last night and had to be let in with the masterkey.... not really good value for money.....

Review 32：The hotel staff is friendly, but appear to be inexperienced and nervous. Restaurant staff should be better organised, the food is good though. Unfortunately, the elevator broke down during the evening and was not repaired next morning. Fortunately I was travelling light ... The shower cabin could be a little bit bigger.
