Review 1：Empty walls! Poor decoration! Bad access to rooms! Bathroom could be improved with right shower doors. No internet access! Small TV from 1990!!!

Review 3：The location was great, right on the river and near the old city. Well and efficiently run. This is a pension, not a 5 start hotel, and it is very good in its category. Simple, but very adequate.

Review 4：Neiße 川のすぐ横にあり眺めが良い．ドイツとポーランドを同時に観光できる．Görlitz の Altstadt からも近い． The scenery of the River Neiße is beautiful. Tourists can travel in Germany and Poland at the same time. The hotel is quite near from the old district of Görlitz.

Review 5：No soap i bathroom, no WiFi connection, no effort was made to make the room look nice, and it wasn´t clean. We had to go to reception for toiletpaper. Bread for beakfast was old, and the coffee not warm.

Review 8：This was a very, VERY good deal. Nothing fancy but the rooms and linen were clean and the food was good. Good off street parking and secure environment. Nothing fancy, just good all the way around.

Review 9：Personal's workers don't know English language very well and that's big problem for tourists. Also, these workers don't know their city well, like where to find internet cafe. Moreover, there wasn't an internet connection, you need to find it in the city center, where the wifi zone terminal was broken. Also, in the info center, which is in the main city, workers don't speak foreign languages, just their native.

Review 31：It was said in advance "Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in all areas" but me arriving, one person of the staff told me there is not internet available at all, which was a disaster for me. The sauna was too comlicated to start for me just staying one afternoon/night. I would appreciate to get some refund of the staying fee !

It,s only 200 meter acrossthe River. Its take you ten minutes to go to Polen over the bridge.Polen, it,s take only five minutes to get there
