Review 1：parking was only a few meters away, but had to be paid. No problem though for a short term stay.

Review 3：I got this place because booking.com overbooked the one I had my reservation with in the first place, so there was no other available option. I had to stand someone smoking all night long. I couldn't connect to the internet because the staff didn't know the login password. Breakfast nasty. Shared toilets, dirty. Shower, 2 floors below where i stayed. I hate booking.com for sending me there.

Review 5：1. No lift. 2. Because we saw the whole process that how the staff "clean" the room, which made us feel not clean and comfortable at all! 3. Breakfast was simple and there's no fork offered. When we asked for, the lady let us use hands instead! A lof of flies in the breakfast room. 4. Light in the room is very dark! 5. Price is not reasonable! Too expensive. The offerings in the room are not worthy of such price!
Review 6：The manager was extremely rude, in the morning, all she cared about was feeding her husband. Completely over priced and 100% not accommodating. I couldn't wait 30 minutes in the reception instead of queueing with all my bags. I would not stay there again as for the price, you expect to be treated with respect at the very least.

Review 17：The street can be a bit noisy at night when people come from pubs. We were treeted a bit roodley when we left, because the lady ran after us screaming about paying with credit card (although we paid the first day) and then when we confirmed that we paid with cash she was happy.

Review 20：I stayed a night in single room to watch an opera, I had really lovely stay. Room was clean, staff was really friendly. I had to leave really early in the morning so I asked of breakfast and the young staff(Yamu?) made me a package. Thank you so much again.
Review 21：Did not like the shared bathrooms. Only two were available and I had to wait a while to use them. Also, it can be hot during the summer but when you open the windows to let air in, the noise outside makes it hard to sleep.

Review 75：We had an en suite room - with no toiletry product supplied at all not even soap. Property very tired and worn out - creaky beds, tired linens and towels (also no fan or a/c). For the price it was very disappointing, although the booking.com invoices we saw at the desk seemed considerably more pricey than the direct booking invoices, are they inflating their prices for website bookings? It was more like a hostel with most rooms without facilities, access to the property during the day was difficult and a claustrophobic breakfast room. Checkout was very early (about 10 we were told) and the senior members of staff seemed rather grumpy although the youngsters working there were more cheerful. Glad we'd only booked one night. Bregenz is lovely but there are far better options than Pension Sonne. We stayed for several days in the Lake Constance area and this was the worst value for money we encountered. Avoid.

Review 77：This was my most horrible travel experience ever - huge contrast betweenwebsite info and reality. When we arrived and saw the place we decidedto leave and find something else - despite the fact that my childrenwere tired and the room has been already payed...I contacted the owner immediately and informed her about our decision to leave without staying - but she charged the full amount anyway (including breakfast) - so it gives my right to write this review. I hope it would alert all potential future guests. The Pension Sonne is an old style facility, that was upgraded with some new furniture and some paint. The building feels very old and you can hear everyting throught the walls (door opening, footsteps, conversations). The official info (and pictures) on website is very general and therefore missleading... In my case I booked 4-bed room that looked nice on pictures - for 188 EU! - in reality it was 20sqm low ceiling double with 2 small extra beds squised against the wall and master bed and THERE WAS NO BATHROOM OR WC inside the room (only a small sink!) - for that you'd have to go outside the room to a shared facility. I admit it was my mistake to overlook the tiny information on website "some rooms have shared facilities" but for this price I simply didin't expect it!
