Review 1：Nothing bad. Some noise in the evening outside on the bike path so bring ear plugs if you are sensitive. Quiet at night.

Review 2：The room was fresh and modern, the beds on the hard side but comfortable enough with nice sheets, the breakfasts were wonderful, and the bike room perfect for us to assemble our bike for the start of our trip. We ate in their restaurant for dinner and it was excellent--highly recommend.

Review 3：There is no permanent concierge on duty at the front desk. However, you probably will be able to find someone to assist in case of necessity. If you expect to have a prime location, right in the heart of the town, you should understand that it might be noisy.

Review 5：The location was excellent and close walking distance to everything. Room, bed, shower, and breakfast was all great. The staff were all very nice too. Couldn't ask for anything more. We loved our stay here very much and Bamberg is a beautiful city.

Review 9：Our room was spacious warm and comfortable and we received a warm welcome from the owners. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice of additions (boiled egg/fresh fruit/museli etc) to accompany the cold platter and bread. We ate at the Tandem restaurant on one occasion and our food was beautifully cooked and well presented. The hotel location was perfect for exploring Bamberg and within easy reach of both the historic area and more modern shopping centre

Review 10：Staff were amazing and went out of their way to assist us (including waking up and preparing breakfast 2 hours earlier then breakfast was due to start).

Review 11：Room was a bit small and since we were on the street fairly noisy. We asked to change the room but they were full. Would have appreciated having someone at the front desk in the evening as we had several questions about places to eat and the location of certain sites.

The location is superb and the accommodations were wonderful - large room, plenty of windows and light, modern and minimalist decor in soothing colors, interesting and original breakfast, right on the river, in the middle of city liife - a perfect combination!

Review 15：Had to take taxi there no direct transport from train station. When it came time to return were told by hotel no chance of taxi so had to walk 1.7km to train station. Not pleased after day of sight seeing.

Review 34：As the hotel is just next to street and there is a bar opposite, we could hear people talking till mid-night, and many noises from trucks (wonder why there were trucks passing by early in the morning...). Fortunately we were tired enough to get good sleep. The lighting in the bathroom is dim, as there is just one little bulb over the sink, and no lighting for the shower space.

Review 35：This small hotel is centrally located in Bamberg. We can walk to everywhere we like. The breakfast was big and delicious! Strong wifi as well.

Review 36：This small cafe-hotel is located just on the bank of Regniz River, near the bridge. All was excellent: staff, breakfasts, and closeness to any notable objects of the city. If we visit Bamberg in the future, we will stay in “Tandem” again.

Review 37：The owner took time to provide a concise overview of what to do in the city and was extremely enthusiastic, especially when explaining about how the hotel was built up from near ruins. Staff at breakfast were extremely attentive and the quality of the food was outstanding. Have already recommended to closest friends and family. Ideal location, 2 mins walk from the old part of the city.

Review 46：This is a relatively new hotel built by the charming lady who now runs the place. It is well located overlooking the Regnitz River but also right alongside the Markusbrucke, which wasn't a problem for us, but could be. We were given a river view room at the top of the hotel as requested. The room is not large and nor is the bathroom, but it certainly served our purpose. Breakfast was included and was more than adequate. The owner was friendly and helpful.
