Review 1：Ability to talk with staff in English. Breakfasts were nutritious and plentiful. Staff was most accommodating regarding location of restaurants and taxi service e.g.
Review 2：Nicely located within easy walking distance of Esslingen Altstadt. Breakfast was excellent. Had a room with windows that looked out over the little canal. Not far a walk from train station.
Review 3：Rooms very hot at night but importantly no designated parking available which was problematic, and very noisy outside our room particularly very early Monday morning with lorries driving and parking right outside our ground floor bedroom. Maybe rooms higher up are better in this respect.

Review 5：This place is a fake. They claim to be Eco-friendly, but that's justTheir way of saying they are bare bone. After being woken byconstruction in front of our window - which you need to keep open - asthere is no other means of ventilation and/or cooling, we asked foranother room with a decent king size bed. They said they don't haveany and we should have looked in detail on their offer in booking.com.So we left after one night but they charged us for all four or fivenights anyway. As they did this separately from booking.com, I am surethey didn't give you your part. As I said, these guys are cheats.It's a cheap place , charging a premium and calling it ecological
Review 6：Paid wi-fi is a definite no-no: most European mobile companies offer special roaming rates now that are considerably cheaper. That's it.
Review 7：Having stayed at the Park Consul more than 20 times, we decided to change as their service levels had dropped considerably. Just the initial greeting at the Ecoinn confirmed that this would be a far nicer hotel... as it turned out to be. Great location, friendly staff, spacious room... definitely our hotel of choice in Esslingen from now on.

Review 18：IEcoinn is a very safe place walking distance to the city centre with very friendly staff more than happy to help. This place reminded me when I was a University students because is located on university campus. This was one of the reason of my booking.
Review 19：There isn't really any parking. There are about four spots across the street from the hotel that you can park in for free, but if those are taken, you must park in a garage that costs €9 per day.
Review 20：We were there for the Christmas market and this was a really good location to walk there and back very easily. The staff was nice. The breakfast was very good. WiFi was average, at best.

Review 27：Loved the view. Location near city centre of Esslingen is great. It is a lovely town that sits nicely on a river. Hotel provides 10% discount in a number of very decent local restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and every part of it is from local farmers and producers.

Review 32：My room was very dirty, with a lot of flies (it is next to the river) and dead bugs. It is necessary to pay for the WIFI!!!!! The first time I see it in my live, the first hotel. 4 euro/24h. The breakfast without still water!!! Only sparkling water! If you ask for still water they tell you you have to buy it. The prize: very high for the quality of the hotel. They close the reception at 22h!!! We didn't like at all this place....

Review 74：The only downside is that our first night we were on the street level and since there is no AC had the windows open and we heard every person that walked by including those who sat down on the bench and had a hour long conversation at three in the morning. Asked the staff for a room on the river side the next night which they did a great job of. That night there was a huge party across the river that lasted until four in the morning. Third night was finally perfect. No fault of the hotel but this was a downside for us. The only other thing I would say is while very clean and comfortable the rooms reminded us of living in a college dorm.

Review 82：It was a little difficult to get to the hotel by car. THe parking was some minutes walk, which would have been a problem with a lot of luggage. It is also beside a night club. We had no problem with noise at all, but we were there on a Tuesday. It may be a problem on weekends. So none of these matter to us.
Review 83：Excelent location, we could reach the old town in a short and nice walk. Our room was right over the river! We went there only to sleep after Ludwigsburg Castle and it was a very nice surprise. Vary spacious and comfortable room and bathroom. Good breakfast.
Review 84：More like a stark student hostel than a hotel. Rooms have hardly any furniture and just linoleum flooring. There were no pictures or decoration except one student photo on the wall. Towels were thin and frayed. Breakfast is very basic sitting on backless benches and you’re expected to clear your own dishes. Wouldn’t be so bad if they didn’t charge hotel rates but it’s not cheap and they charge 4 euro for very slow internet connection.
