Review 1：We were very disappointed with the room because it was very very cold. We had room 107 and it is just above the passage way. the floors were absolutely freezing and the fact that there was no floor heating did not help. There was also some small holes near the window so we had to put two pillows to stop the freezing air coming in. We called the reception and they were very helpful and gave us a heater, but it was still not the best thing. It might just have been a thing for us, because we are used to sleep in warm rooms. Some people like it cold and that is just fine.

Review 2：The staff was very helpful and friendly. They did they best to make our stay great, finding us a room suitable for our family. The breakfast was good. The hotel is a new building, very well situated. We would stay there again, but ask for another room than the one we stayed at this time.

Review 3：Without being ask I was allocated a room on a smoking floor. When asking to move they said it was not possible as they were full, and only 5 rooms are smoking on the floor (do not believe this based on amount and where the smell of smoke was). But the floor and room was stale and the smell was unacceptable. Staff did nothing to try to help, they said they would send a person to the room with an air freshener, but nobody arrived. The room was dated, decor was from 1970s, not clean (dust, dirt and mold), noise from road as though window was open.

Review 11：The suite was not prepared at 3 pm. We had to wait. In the meantime we wold like to have a beer but there was not staff enough so we gad to wait for this too.

Review 13：The room was cold and faced the car park at the back. There was no food available when I arrived on Monday evening and the mini bar in the room consisted of a bottle of water and a mini bottle of wine. The shower curtain was pretty dirty and the furniture was marked with water marks.

Review 15：Staying on 2nd floor we were too close to the noise of the streets in the evening, but then if you want to be in the city centrum, you need to prepare for people and cars. Closing the windows made the room a little hot, so we had to choose...staying cool or have peace

Review 17：This hotel is located next to leisureboat harbour and shopping street. It gives the feeling of yachting, boats, sailors, old ships... A private garage partially under the hotel, one nights parking was 7 € (= cheap). People in the hotel were wery welcoming, I will definitely use this hotel next time I'm around.

Review 18：It was stifling hot and humid when we visited (July) and the room was very airless with no kind of ventilation meaning we had to open the window and prop the door open to create a draft, the road traffic noise seemed loud throughout the night despite the foot traffic being light. Although To be fair I imagine this area of Germany isn't normally as hot so why would they install A/C for such short periods of hot weather? We booked the hotel fairly late so our hand was somewhat forced in choice as all the other hotels were booked. We had to therefore just stomach the price which seems a bit expensive for a slightly dated hotel.

Review 19：Location was great. Room was clean and a good size with view of the water. Stayed 2 nights for a wedding so wasn't in the room all that much at all. Wifi worked wellThe breakfast seemed expensive so we skipped this and went to local bakeries, also didn't eat or drink In the restaurant so can't comment.

Locatedright on the harbor and only about 100 meters from the promenade"Große Straße" with a lot of shops, boutiques, cafes andrestaurants. Comfortable beds.Given that this hotel has only 3 stars, it was well equipped (hairdryer, mini bar, shampoo, etc.) The WiFi was free and at reasonable speed (tested in low season!). Comfortable parking nearby for 7 EUR per night.
