Review 1：The Creme Brûlée was just awful - don't order it. The breakfast was very well catered, but really just too expensive when feeding 3 people.

Review 3：The fridge was not working but the Front Desk staff on duty that night did try to help without success. Asked to waive the parking charges but was told the hotel doesn't operate the car park and therefore can't wave it

Review 5：Woke up on a Saturday by the noise of a drill hammer (at 0800). No tables at breakfast on Sunday. No labels on breakfast buffet. Heating went out when leaving the room. Staff needs to practice smiling.

Review 11：Having paid for the hotel before arrival, hoping to use the spa facilities that were included in our room price. Upon our arrival we were told that there was now a charge for all the spa facilities. When we tried to book a session in the spa we were told to just go up when we were ready, which we did. Only to be told that we couldn't go in as everything we wanted was in use.

Review 29：I had a double room with a double bed but the bed was made up with a single duvet? I am 6'5" and a big man and this really was a bit strange, found myself waking in the night with the duvet on the floor. Must have been to discourage me bringing anyone up to share the bed!!

Review 30：Great location, very near where we were working in the center of Esslingen. Breakfast was great, as much as you could eat and a great selection. Also, we were staying in December and the Christmas market was on in the square 3 minutes walk from the hotel which was great.

Review 31：No room service after 23:00. Coming late after the concert we wanted something to eat and the restaurant was closed already so as the room service. No other option that we managed to find walking in the centre as well. Hotel completely lacks any charm. Very business-like hotel with no personal touch. The key system for elevators is rather weird and functions not completely brilliant.

Review 32：The Hotel is very close to the Esslingen city centre. It was at the hand's distance to the concert hall, which was the key reason for our visit. Parking is spacious and with the direct access to the city hall. The hotel provides some good facilities for sports and recreation.

Review 98：The hotel is a modern, business type hotel. The rooms are very attractive and pleasant but not air conditioned. All the usual amenities were supplied. Since we were there in May, our room was comfortable with the windows opened. Free wi-fi was available in the lobby area. We did not try the hotel restaurant but instead walked into the old town of Esslingen where we found a terrific Greek restaurant. Esslingen is on the outskirts of Stuttgart.

Review 99：The room faced a street and was very noisy. If you like to sleep withthe window open for some fresh air, it is impossible. Unfortunately,there appears to be no individual air conditioning in the room. I wouldfind this hotel absolutely intolerable in very hot months. Secondly, thebed is too soft, the pillows horrible and the comforter too thick forspring/summer sleeping.
