Review 1：I have to lift my heavy luggage to the room at up stair.

Review 2：Around 5 minutes walk from train station, and just one minute to shopping area. Food at the restaurant.

Review 3：my husband have payed for 30 qm room very design(like the photo on your web site and the leeflet in the hotel) and at the arrival it was a little room (12 qm), with an old decoration and a little bathroom (2qm) in brown plastic like an hotel formule one !!

Review 5：Lots of revellers outside in the early hours which kept us awake, but then again the hotel is right in the centre. Wifi poor. Nightmare to find without satnav and parking limited.

Review 20：Food both breakfast and evening meal was poor with very little choice of food, especially for breakfast. This family run hotel has a large pet dog which is allowed to roam freely, even in the dining room. At one point I had to ask the owner to remove the dog from the dining room, as it started sniffing at my breakfast. Finding location of hotel by car - using Sat Nav is difficult.

We arrived late due to car problems and their restaurant helped with a good meal. We needed help with car repair/replacement issues--they made all of the calls and arrangements for us. We changed plans and took train to next destination--they worked out details and even took us to train station to buy tickets. Could not ask for better help/support from hotel staff!
