Review 1：Pier was incredibly welcoming and friendly and was very helpful to us. The apartment is a great size, the bed was very comfortable and the location was fantastic - shopping, cafe's and the Christmas markets withing 5 minutes walk and less than 20 to the cathedral!
Review 2：The apartment was located above a bar and on quite a busy street, so it remained noisy outside until the early hours.
Review 3：The apartment was in a good location for access to the Christmas markets & the city centre could also be accessed easily by foot or public transport, conveniently there was also a supermarket just over the road. The apartment itself was spacious and provided us with all that we needed. Pier was also a great help and nothing was too much for him, we were provided with tea, coffee, juice and water upon arrival.
Review 4：On arrival,apartment keys could be handled in a better way,they were nice to offer early chk in but i arrived 40 minutes for train issues and had to wait until 16pm.please consider guest could not have internet connection all the time...

Review 6：The location of the apartments for us was perfect.. it was a about a 15minute walk to the Cathedral but on the way we found loads of other Christmas Markets that we otherwise may not have discovered. The supermarket is just outside the apartment.. which has everything you could need, very handy. Pier is VERY welcoming and spent time telling us about the area and recommended places to visit / restaurants etc. Ricos café is moments away, which we would highly recommend for breakfast/lunch and the odd Crémant!! The food their is delicious and the staff wonderful. Back to the apartment.. it is so homely. All you would need in the kitchen, milk, juice, tea, coffee and cereals left for use. Complimentary toiletries are left for guests. We don't have a bad word to say about it... a big thank you to Pier for being such a great host.. we would go back in a flash!
Review 7：This apartment is excellently located, really close to the Christmas markets & lots of cafés, bars etc. Pier was extremely helpful & included many extras such as a late check-out, luggage storage, water, OJ, tea/coffee etc.

Review 9：It was an apartment with full of everything..Clean,comfortable. it was at a walking distance for me to the Koln Cathedral. The owner, Pier is a just great guy. Very helpful. I will definitely stay there whenever I go to Koln.

Review 15：Pier was a fantastic host, so friendly and nothing was too much to ask. We told him we would be leaving at 10am and he came over to say a goodbye and thank you. The small things make a world of difference. The location was perfect at a wonderful part of town for bars and restaurants as well as shopping. The apartment was beautifully decorated with great taste.

Review 17：The owner offered to meet us so we could drop our bags off before check in at 16:30. We were upgraded to a bigger apartment which was awesome. The location is outstanding surrounded by great places to eat, with lovely shopping area and 15 mins walk from the Cathedral (a really nice walk). The standard and layout of the apartment was superb, we couldn't fault anything. We asked owner for an iron which he left outside our door for us and also left an umbrella because it was raining that day.

Review 19：The location was excellent and we felt very comfortable during our stay. The host was excellent ,very helpful , and supplied plenty of material for all of our activities as well as basic supplies for our arrival.
Review 20：The only problem was that the bed creaked if either party moved or turned over. Hopefully this will soon resolved as Pier as assured me that the apartment is due for a make over.
Review 21：A character apartment [fully equipped] in a very interesting area. Very quite, but surrounded by cafes, small shops, and patisseries, but with a supermarket opposite. Easy walking distance to station, cathedral, river etc. Thoroughly enjoyed the visit to Koln.
Review 22：Great location, lovely big apartment and there was everything needed for the duration of the stay. Supermarket opposite too, lots of bars, shops, restaurants - all within a minute from stepping out of the door. I would definitely book to stay here again.

Review 26：Cosy apartment with such central location. Really close to the popular Belgian Quarter (3 mins by foot) and there are two subway stations really close by. Pier was extremely helpful, the WiFi connection was great and there was complementary drinks in the fridge!
Review 27：No privacy at all. The owner monitors who comes in and out using cameras at the front door. We rented a flat to have some privacy but instead we were monitored like little child. The internet broke every time we used it...

Review 34：The apartment has all the comforts you will need for a longer stay. We absolutely enjoyed our week long stay. Apartments are safe and secure; in a great location and in walking distance to everything. Also has a lift (rare for smaller places). The kitchen very well equipped. Secure overnight car parking not far away. 'Pier' was extremely helpful in setting us up (plenty of maps, directions, tour books etc in the apartments) and whatever extras (e.g. more coffee, towels) we needed during our stay. We greatly appreciated the apartments 'dont like to disturb you, but we are here if you need us' culture. Was perfect for our special occasion and will definately stay there again! Review 42：Close to the tram as we had to go to a trade show, so 150m, 5 stops and we were there. Supermarket right in front of the apartment. Wonderful restaurant around, everything you need within walking distance. It made we love Cologne. Peirre the host was unbelievably amazing, as we arrived a bit sick , he was bringing us medicine all the time and checking up on us. Looking forward to staying their again.
