Review 1：Spacious room. Indoor parking. Decor in all areas very attractive. Excellent breakfast. Dinner menu included local foods. Pleasant, helpful staff.

Review 2：Location is about 1.5 km from the city centre - 20-25 min walking. Facility is rather old style and clearly needs renovation. TV channels were limited and only German. Parking facility also rather old with limited light.

Review 3：The room was reasonably spacious. Balcony. Free WiFi was working well. Free swimming pool available. Breakfast was ample and good variety. Staff friendly. Hotel provides the Schwarzwald card to use for free bus rides and other facilities.

Review 6：Lovely peaceful hotel. Well situated. Freudenstadt is a lovely town and not too big. We had an amazing room, No. 6, it was at tth top but it had a sitting room with TVs in bedroom and sitting room.

Review 10：The position was not ideal for us. Neither really in the town or the country. While the pool was great we could live without it. And the evening meal in the restaurant was quite poor. The set menu (with no choice) was very ordinary in a setting that felt like it was a bit too posh to take a 3-year-old and yet wasn't matched by the food. Quite expensive for what we got.

Review 11：The rooms were spotlessly clean and big, if a little dated. The breakfast was excellent, the indoor parking (limited spaces) was helpful and the indoor pool and sauna were a bonus we took advantage of.

Review 56：We were offered a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Weliked our bedroom because it was spacious, had lots of wardrobe space,wifi, a bathroom with a bath as well as a shower and we weren'tdisturbed by sounds of other guests. It also had a balcony. Breakfastswere substantial. We stayed over the new year (Silversterstag) and therewas a delicious candle lit four course buffet, live music and a fireworkdisplay at midnight. I enjoyed the fact that there were several dogs (very well behaved!) staying. This all contributed to a wonderfulatmosphere as well as the handful of children who were also allowed tostay up for the celebrations and who were enjoying participating in thefun outside in the snow clad front garden while us guests sipped ourglasses of bubbly and chatted together. The swimming pool and sauna wereeasily accessible just off the lobby and never too busy. The undergroundcar park was a great help in the snow.
