Review 1：Great customer service, their breakfast was so good, the place was so clean, we watched the fireworks from the balcony for New Years I will definitely stay there again for more days
Review 2：I felt that the staff were not friendly at all and they would not give us wine glasses for the room. The owners son-in-law was very unpleasant most times and would never, ever stay there again! I think he has a problem with people and should not treat guests the way he did! We were rushed to settle our bill, made us feel like we were thieves!
Review 3：It was clean, however our sheets were never changed. The room was not cleaned on Sunday at all, the food was average.
Review 4：The owner of the hotel is a fairly friendly guy, and always have a lot of funny things to share with you. Breakfast is rich and inviting. I will never forget the fantastic view from the hotel to HBF. PS, don't let Marco know if you are a Dortmund fan XDDDDDDD
Review 5：Diner and drinks needed to be payed cash only! No card payment possible. Room payment could be payed by card. Only one waitress taking and delivering all orders on a full terrace. Amount of food was good, quality a bit less.

But received a recommendation for the City. Due to that we unfortunately we had no opportunity to enjoy the nice big terrace in front of the building with a nice view into the garden with a big tasty local beer - it is so tempting to spend a few hours there in the evening sun.

Not only does the service cost €5 for one day *per device*, you also have to register with a valid email address and valid mobile phone number. Made me feel like a criminal just for wanting to access my email.

Review 21：The hotel looks even better than the pictures and is spotlessly clean. The rooms are average size, tastefully decorated and the beds are very comfortable, perfect for our stay as we were there to go to Oktoberfest and didn't spend a lot of time in our room. Rosenheim is about a half hour trip on the train that takes you directly to Munich and then its about a 15 minute walk to Oktoberfest or there's always plenty of public transport, most people walk. Everyone wears Dirndl's and Lederhosen, even travelling from Rosenheim and you can buy them everywhere at all prices, even in the Munich train station. Kastanauer Hof is about a 10 minute taxi ride from the train station and will cost you about Eu8-Eu12 depending on the time of the day and whether or not you phoned for a taxi. It's very peaceful and the breakfast was amazing, a great way to start the day! Kufstein in Austria is only a 20 minute train trip away and is highly recommended, very pretty. The staff at Kastanauer Hof could not have been more helpful and friendly and were very easy to communicate with. We arrived well after check in and they emailed us very clear instructions about how to get in and directions to our rooms. It was a stress free, comfortable stay and I hope to stay longer next time.
Review 22：- we arrived arround 2am due to heavy traffic and traffic jams in Germany. We had to leave at 10am sharp. The stuff opened the room with the master key although we were still in the room. Thant was unacceptable.
